Master Cleanse Diet Day 1!
OMG! I just started the cleanse today. My mind almost convinced me it would be ok to eat the strawberry
Hostess ding dong and start the cleanse tommorow.
Looking over at the fresh lemon juice I had sqeezed the hour before I told my mind to shut up!
Lol. Crazy how our mind plays tricks on us and creates unnecessary temptations and battles.
Pray I make it through day 1!

I know exactly what your going through today was supposed to be my first day but with all of the chinese and pizza i ate i might as well start tomorrow.
Are you doing the SWF and laxatives? I have questions that still need to be answered and its difficult fining the answer to my questions on the blog at times.
