Im finishing day 3 and Im not sure if anything happening. Im doing thge sea salt flushes and they get things moving but since i havent eaten in over 3 day nothing solid comes out. Im not really hungry I just every now and then want a piece of fruit or something. Im not use to eating absolutely nothing. Even for me thats weird. Im Im not noticing any symptoms other than being tired. Hopefully I start to see some benfit to this.

my start began about 3:30 pm rather than 7 am. That kind of thru me off for a day but I am right side up now. I am on day 3 of he cleanse.
Gathered all my tools, brought extra supplies, lemons , maple syrup. I was all prepared for a monster bowel movement on day two, nothing.
Day 3 am after SWF a few small movements. I have felt my danger point is mid afternoon, usually lunch or early dinner and a quick nap.
I have more energy than usual. i’m buckling in for the entire ride!

We are ready & looking forward to DAY 1 ~ just eating all the perishables around the house so not to feel guilty for wasting “good” food. We have never really eased in when trying the cleanse out (over the last few months) our only challenges have been mental.
When the kids made unexpected plans I was like cool- “date night! Where should we go eat?”…just stuff like that for me. I felt so FREE once getting over the habit of focusing/planning everything around meals.
Alex was initially concerned about lacking energy & focus at work as he has a physically demanding job. Happily he found the opposite to be true!
On early work days we coordinate what time to stop intake in the afternoon so we can do the SWF together in the early eve. Anyone know a good rule of thumb on how long it takes to actually be able to count on having an EMPTY stomach?
Plan on feeling GREAT !
We were both Very Surprised by our lack of appeal of meat etc during and post cleanse. Very contrary to our All American Norm.

Hi there! Love your enthusiasm, one note, if you can’t do the SWF in the morning, you really should not do it at night, do the herbal laxative tea at night instead. The tea is the agitator (think washing machine) the SWF the rinse (rinse cycle). You haven’t loosened anything up if you do the SWF at night. Ideally SWF in the morning and tea at night, but if you don’t have time for the process in the morning, you’re better off with jsut hte tea at night (and tea in the morning but it also requires the bathroom to be avail for about an hour).
Best to you both!

You are right, SWF should be done in the morning.
I first did the cleansing for 5 days just before christmas. I’m starting again on Mon, 11 Jan and i intend to do the full 10 days.
