There are complete printed resources you might want to consider buying. The first book, by Stanley Burroughs - the inventer of the Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet - is what started it all. I will offer the books for sale myself in the future, but for now, I thought at least I could provide you with the links to the relevant books available from Amazon.
