True, the drop in the rate of metabolism is a turn off but the pros outweigh the cons. I’ll be doing some cardio with my Leslie Sansone DVDs and some bodywork with my pilates vids. Whatever it takes.

Dear Admin,
I really admire you for getting this put together! Well done :)
And Katie, my metabolism all but stopped dead by day 6 of my first cleanse, but this time around I am not going to let that happen. I’ll be making a point of taking long walks every day and hope it will make a difference.

I definitely registered. I was debating on whether or not to actually do the cleanse again. All my attempts have fallen a few days short and the fact that it slows down the metabolism is a bit of a turn off for me. I’m not in an environment condusive to speeding up my metabolism, but I’m going for it again and I may take metabolism suppliments and do my best to just eat 5 small meals a day.
