And Katie, my metabolism all but stopped dead by day 6 of my first cleanse, but this time around I am not going to let that happen.  I&#039;ll be making a point of taking long walks every day and hope it will make a difference.</description>

All my attempts have fallen a few days short and the fact that it slows down the metabolism is a bit of a turn off for me. I&#039;m not in an environment condusive to speeding up my metabolism, but I&#039;m going for it again and I may take metabolism suppliments and do my best to just eat 5 small meals a day.</description>
