The lemon and maple syrup should be fine for anybody, but cayenne pepper can be a problem. I once tried cayenne pepper for an herbal cleansing program and it felt like a knife in my stomach. The blood type diet recommends cayenne for blood type O (50% of the population, lots of stomach acid, can eat much more meat), and lists it as negative for blood type A (40% of the population, low stomach acid, more vegetarian than meat eater). I am planning on using curcumin from turmeric spice instead of cayenne. Curcumin is not very bioavailable, so it can be used as follows: Boil 1 quart of water FIRST, THEN add one tablespoon curcumin (or turmeric if you can&#039;t find pure curcumin) as it is already boiling. Cover and boil for 10 minutes, producing a 12% solution, that should be drank within a few hours. In 6 hours it will only be 6%, so it will not keep. Once cool enough to drink, you can add the maple syrup and lemon juice. Curcumin won&#039;t speed up the metabolism like cayenne pepper, but it&#039;s a miracle substance!

I didnt even know there was a day 7 forum??  I happen to be on day 7.  Im doing well.  This is my 2nd master cleanse, so Im not experiencing detox sickness like I did with the first.  Im not gonna lie, Im counting the days until ease out.  Ive got my first meal planned for after day 3 of ease out - roasted balsamic brussel sprouts w/ walnuts and dried cranberries, and a twice baked sweet potato.  This cleanse is going way faster than the first;  once you get used to the machinations, ten days goes back to just being ten days.  Its not long.</description>

		<description>Mornings during the master cleanse are fantastic.  The body feels so at rest, its amazing.  Im on day 7.  I rose and had green tea, didnt have my lemonade until 10am.  
The cravings only come in the evening.  Especially as my brain knows that for months, I went to happy hour practically everyday to scarf down on beer and  grease.  My eating was out of control.  I forget the hormone that triggers hunger, but it surely rises in the evening, then decreases at sunset;  its so obvious.  I do miss eating, but it has nothing to do with physical hunger.  I crave random foods everyday, even stuff I wouldnt even normally want.  Like ritz crackers, corned beef sandwiches.  And the stuff I normally pigged out on (wings, fried seafood, cheesy garlic bread, etc etc) I dont even want.  The mind is weird.</description>

		<description>i used a very small pinch of the cayenne pepper in the cleanse and it was hot enough that i could stand it...i followed the author&#039;s suggestion and drank the 8 oz of the cleanse very quickly in one drink then followed with a another drink of plain lemon water which i sipped on until it was time for the cleanse again...i found this procedure to be helpful because the plain lemon water helped to mask the heat and flavor of the cayenne pepper...hope this is helpful to you.</description>

i am feeling u, girl!  i normally dont cook very often, but tonite i made a delicious dinner for my daughters, and tried to fight the urge to eat it...but eventually i took one bite (which tasted so good!) but then had to deal with my kids shaming me for breaking my diet!! 
i can admit i am addicted to food, and this is HARD!!!  im in my room now with a jug of lemonade trying to do the right thing.
good luck with ur journey.  i hope to make it to 10 days, god willing.</description>
