day 18 of my MC i feel like a new person i went from 225lbs to 193.5lbs as of day 17 i will weigh again on day 21. im wondering how long i should stay on the MC????

Day 1 lemonade diet
I can’t take a single sip of the salt water without gagging, and by the second sip I throw up, no matter how hard I try. I’ve tried all the tricks I’ve seen listed (adding lemon, using a straw, etc.) but I just can’t keep it down! I’ve tried getting past the psychological aspect of it (I’m a psychologist, I get it!), but I still can’t do it. What would be the next most effective method?
I’ve done the cleanse twice before for 14 days, and I’ve never been able to do the SWF, so it hasn’t been effective for me. I really want this to work!

I am using Vital Mineral Blend Celtic Sea Salt this time. It is the best I’ve ever used. I guess it ought to be great, it costs about $6.00 per pound at the Whole Foods store. It goes down pretty smoothly.
Sometimes, I try to imagine that it’s chicken soup broth that I’m slamming down. That has helped, too. Try to imagine that it’s a salty liquid that you would enjoy.

SWF is, I believe one of the biggest challenge during the MC process, yet something you just can’t bypass. You must eliminate or else you do more harm by “keeping” the toxins inside you.
It’s all in your mind and how you can “trick it” to believe that the salty warm water is… “warm miso soup… it’s only warm miso soup… ” and repeat these words while drinking the sea salt water. Definitely helps if you close your eyes and imagine in your mind that… “it’s warm salty miso soup… it’s warm salty miso soup…”. Don’t stare at that foggy clear water but literally imagine it to be brown salty yummy soup.
It helps me to go through the SWF pretty easily.

I have acid reflux and fresh squeezed lemon juice has always given me heartburn. Will this pass during the cleanse or will I deal with it the entire time?

Hello, I am on day 4 of the cleanse and I am having trouble with the laxative and salt water wash. They don’t seem to be working and I am barely having any movements at all. The first 2 days I did take some pyllium husk caplets and wheat grass caplets that were recommended. Please advise. What should I do, I really want this to work.

Hi there, On my second day. So last night I took my hebal laxative tea and within six hours was working, the only thing is that it is still working and has had me running to the bathroom most of the day. I was guessing that since this was happening that I shouldnt do the SWF this morning..is that right? If I am still having trouble tonight should I hold off on tea and then do the SWF tommorow morning?!!? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

the whole point is to ELIMINATE.
the Lemondae diet is a flush and detox ification process. You will be having BMs (whether they be all liquid or not) for the majority of the cleanse.
Floow the cleanse exactly as directed. Laxative tea at night, then SWF in the am.
