Day 2 – Starting The Lemonade Diet

My first day on the lemonade has been hectic. I had a long day at work, and a late night before. I couldn’t sleep last night, mostly because I slept until 12:30 p.m. that day. I rose at 9:00 a.m. to take my measurements. I feel good, but I don’t have any juice yet. I am on my way to get some now. Some things to note: last night, my cough was the worst it’s been, and the phlegm in my throat is bad. I will implement a standard light workout routine: pushups/situps every morning, thirty minutes of mild cardio.

I am taking a standard set of Vitals every morning, and the results are as follows:

Of course this is never going to change, but it comes into play in calculating my Body Mass Index and calculating Body Fat Index as well.
