		<description>Ease out day 2- Today I&#039;ve been feeling very tired. I&#039;m drinking the OJ but not loving it. I just had my vegi water and it was yummy. I even had 4 bites of zucchini. So delicious. I&#039;m very ready to eat, but I&#039;m not risking it.
I didn&#039;t do the SWF everyday. I did not like it and it was making my cleansing experience bad. I opted to do it aprox. every 18 hours. I scheduled it for either morning or night depending on convenience. I did make sure my tummy was empty or as close as possible. Only one of the SWF didn&#039;t work on me and I believe it&#039;s because I didn&#039;t finish it. I really couldn&#039;t. I started with the teas around day 5 when I realized that the SWF is difficult for me. I didn&#039;t enjoy the taste but I drank it hot every night  and some mornings. I was fortunate not to get really bad cramps. I would feel uncomfortable right before it was time for me to run to the bathroom, but that was it.

I started by making all my lemonade in the morning, and soon learned not to add the cayenne until right before I drank it.
I allowed myself to drink as much Lemonade as possible. I did not limit myself to the minimum. I found that only one day I actually drank 2 more glasses than the minimum. But I made sure to drink all of it every single day. I made sure to drink some at most every 2 hours. I wouldn&#039;t go any where without some Lemonade with me. Not even the grocery store.
I think this helped keep me feeling great the whole 12 days on the Lemonade.

		<description>Oy. I am really hurting. I did so well for eleven days on the cleanse, and one day of an ease-in (from a 10 year vegetarian diet). But i got too excited about tasting new things finally... and now day three of what should&#039;ve been an ease-out have become three days of STUPID DECISIONS. I didn&#039;t sleep last night. My belly feels like it&#039;s on fire. My eyes are puffy. I keep having these &#039;hot burps&#039;.  I have not had a BM in two days, despite continuing the senna tea.

It&#039;s sad that i am not even eating junk. I don&#039;t even want junk.  I don&#039;t even want coffee.  The worst thing i&#039;ve eaten is whole grain bread! But while my tastebuds were anxious for change, my body was obviously not ready.

I am going to give my gut a little rest, and do a couple extra days of yoga, lemonade and SWFs. Then i&#039;ll do juicing and broth-ing and a proper ease-out.</description>

		<description>Eased out with fresh pomegranate juice for breakfast. Lunch was carrot, beet and orange juice followed by mango, orange juice. I was just having fun with my VitaMix. Spinich broth for dinner with a couple of sesame crackers. Just had some senna tea before bed. I feel great and skin looks great. Can’t wait to have a salad and some fruits. Yummy avocado with mango…tomato with cucumber. I think its important to take some probiotic (plain curd/yogurt)for intestinal flora</description>

		<description>Do you consider green smoothies in the same league as juicing.  I have done both but prefer green smoothies, one for the taste, second because it&#039;s an easier clean up job, and lastly because  it&#039;s cheaper.  

Half of my daily diet is green smoothies and I usually feel great when I drink them.</description>

		<description>This is my second post, here it is day 12 for me!, I am feeling so powerful!!, in my mind I set myself up to fail before I started but I became stronger than the doubt I created!. My wife did her second day of the ease out yesterday, I continued to attempt a full 14 days but I reached my pinnacle today, I started at 214 heavy toxic pounds, today I have tipped the scales at a lean, mean and light 195 lbs, that&#039;s 19 pounds it would have taken me months to get off without the added benfits of of getting all the unneeded crap out of my system. I feel great, like I probably haven&#039;t felt in 25 years, people that know me have noticed, &quot;What did you do?, you look younger&quot;, &quot;Did you cut your hair?, your face looks fresher&quot;, I&#039;m smiling ear to ear and letting people in on my experience. I participated in a sailboat race yesterday, came in dead last, met a lot of cool people, no one would beleive me when I told them I just turned 53 years old and loving my new life. The reason I would have liked to continue a few more days is that my tongue is still coated white, which didn&#039;t start happening until day 7 or 8, I feel that I may still be detoxing but my body is telling me it&#039;s time to eat something. I&#039;ll go with my body, I know that this won&#039;t be my only cleanse. Overall this is not that hard, we are so accustomed to eating and eating and eating that the average person cannot fathom not having their mandibles working overtime on a daily basis!. I recommend this to anyone who wants to rejuvenate from the inside out!, forget the plastic surgeons and the fad diets, that crap is temporary and then your&#039;re back to square one, take charge of your life and your body, do something that no pill or scalpel will do for you!, get healthy!!!. God bless all of you that are committing to a better self, don&#039;t get discouraged,  when the cravings or the doubters try to discourage you, plug ahead and focus one day at a time. Reach your goals and have a better life!.</description>
