Can i do this diet while going to school? can i hold the movements in at all? If i were in a public bathroom while making a movement would everyone know i was taking one. Does it produce unpleasant odors?

Lemonade Diet Day 4 this just got REALLY TOUGH…would having some fruits or veggies that are organic be ok? Just ANYTHING to hold me over

My question is what is different about adding syrup to lemon juice than fasting with fresh squeezed orange juice which has natural sugar and -i am guessing- less than the maple syrup?
I am on day 3 of my cleanse and it is going well. I just want to make sure it is truly good for me since there are so many reports against it. I am also wondering how I might get the ball rolling at speeding up my metabolism again once I am done with the cleanse. I imagine the answer would be exercise?

I just finished day 8 of the cleanse. Yesterday evening I spit up some of the lemonade. Today from the second glass on I had INDIGESTION. I’ve generally been drinking 6-8 glasses of the lemonade a day, plus water, and a cup of peppermint tea in the evening. I take Smooth Move pills at night and for the last 3 days have done a salt water flush in the morning (requires 2 tablespoons of salt to work for me!)
Why is this, is it common and what can I do about it? It’s not very comfortable.

I have to be at work very early in the morning. So is it ok to do the salt water flush in the evenings? And also is the laxative tea required?

You can do the SWF in the evening, and it’s optional. The laxative is required.

Q. I have been putting on weight since my ACL injury. The fat has been packing on because primarily Im not mobile. I have the obesity gene which states I have to be active to keep lean, dieting alone will not work.
I just had my DNA tested for the optimum nutrient ratio for my genetic make up said I needed 30% fat,50% Carbs(67% needs be fiberous Veg)& only 20% Protien in my diet.
I was told an athlete needs to maintain muscle and I was consuming 50% protein 50% carb (50% veg/fruit 50% brown rice/ legumes) because I ate a high protein diet & my body could not digest the 50% protien, It made me acidic stored the protein calories as fat & has stressed my lived to a score of 2/10
If Im supposed to consume 30% fat in my diet to rid the stored fat will THE MASTER CLEANSE cause me to lose lean muscle and store even more fat since now there is absolutely no fat in the cleanse… AND if Im already acidic will this make it worse??
