It’s Way Easier with the Support of a Group

For many of us, The Master Cleanse Experience is all about starting fresh, making changes and sharing with each other for support and encouragement. And since we all eat so much over the holidays, I have noticed that many people are likely to start the Master Cleanse after New Years, Easter, Summer Holidays and after Fall Holiday. It seemed logical to create The Quarterly Master Cleanse Group Cleanse.

The Group Cleanse will not only give us the forum to support each other, doing The Master Cleanse together, but also enables us to track our experiences by setting standards to the conversation. If we all just posted random thoughts we would get a lot less value from the comments. But if the comments are structured, and relevant by time and topic, we can gain even more insight, more quickly and more effectively. Therefore, we ask participants to start and finish the Master Cleanse on the same dates.

We also provide 5 topics to post comments about to further structure the advice and questions from our participants. Our entries on the these specific topics will act as a Daily Journal, open for the support of, and from the entire community. Each quarterly cleanse, we’ll reward all those who leave comments in general, but specifically, if you complete the entire Master Cleanse, and Journal Daily on these Daily Journal Pages, you’ll be eligible for some really great rewards.

Post Your Comments Each Day on These Diary Journal Pages

Dates for the Master Cleanse Group Cleanse Experience. If you must start the a day or two before or after our dates and you still want to participate, simply make your comments in your own journal using Microsoft Word or any other Text editor on your computer. Then simply post your feelings on the appropriate days and topics. Registration is always open for Open Classes, the day before The Ease-In date for each event.

Each Group Experience will start on the first FULL Monday (never the day following, but the next week) Following each major holiday or seasonal change of Winter (Christmas and New Years), Spring (Easter), Summer (Independence Day), and Fall.

Duration of the Group Cleanse

Each Group Cleanse will last 16 days including both the Ease-In, Lemonade Diet, and Ease-Out. The total time on the Lemonade Diet will be 10 Days. We start on the first full Monday after a major holiday. In my opinion the timing is the easiest after these major holidays, and on these particular days. This allows for us to Start the Ease-In on a Friday. The Lemonade Diet will start on the following Monday and conclude 10 days later. The Ease-Out will begin on Thursday and end on Saturday, leaving Sunday for the first full day of eating wisely.

Group Cleanse Comment Posting

Once you register (and even if you don’t) you can start to post your experiences on each topics pages by posting your comments to each page.

Most of all enjoy the experience and HAPPY CLEANSING…

I’m starting the mastercleanse tomorrow. I’ve been eating not so great. And been having really bad cravings for diet soda and junk. I eat a lot of really good food, but right now I’m filling in with a ton of junk :( So I want to use this to get back on track!

      Hang in there, Erica!

Have to really push your mind, will and emotions to get through the first three days, especially when the initial detox hits and sickness is leaving your body. Ibuprofen for a headache will probably be less caustic on your stomach than aspirin – don’t want to double the trouble with aspirin causing irritation in the stomach lining.

You should start to feel a lot better tomorrow and the next day. Also remember to keep your hydration level up (plenty of water) – need to flush out the toxicity. If you can go for a walk in the evening, try that also. Get a little sunlight if you can. A little exercise (even the tiniest amount) can help to alleviate your body of the toxins. And, of course, a nice hot shower to open up the pores of your skin to release the toxins as well.

      Have a blessed day!

Hang it there :) I am going to start my cleanse on Wednesday. I am still struggling to choose between a 14 days and 21 days cleanse. It is very brave of you to go for the 30 days cleanse. Sending hugs over to support!

Hello @Erica Corona – please stay strong. Your body might have a few other things to do before shedding weight.

Peppermint tea before bed. Its the best way to relax and clam u down for a restful night. Ive done 17 days on the master cleanse last yr and had the same issue, I exercised a little bit.. nothing crazy, made sure I got some fresh air and had that peppermint tea 20 mins before bed.. really works. Focuse on all the positive. . It will be over before u know it. :) starting 30 days this week. You’ll love your results.. your body is thanking u!

I am on day 3 of my 1st cleanse. I have been having pretty consistent pain in my lower back and down my legs. I have been drinking water and lemonade every day. I have been taking the herbal laxatives in the evening. I have not had much in the way of bowel movements since the 1st day of my cleanse. Has anybody had a similar experience?

Having the same problem at night..i used to stay up late anyways but now i feel i just can’t go to sleep…on day 5 and i kno i have the will power not to crave the foods, but i Soooo want the tastes and textures…my gmom made pork cops and collard greens and stuffing—smelled delicious…i immediately drank 4 glasses of lemonade…the feeling subsided, but i still want to taste the meal…really really tempted and sadly have no one to turn to…I’ll either get, “you can do it, be strong (while enjoying the meal)” or “don’t worry about it, just eat. you can detox any time” i need someone who can feel my pain and understand my struggle…i actually almost cried…laughing because its funny but at the same time its a serious matter…goes to show how addictive these foods are..can’t wait to taste solids again…OAN: bowl movements haven’t been too unpleasant…just really watery.only solid matter the first day on cleanse…normal?? And i think my bum has become a bit irritated due to the salt and cayenne pepper…few break outs on my face but i guess that’s just the toxins…still smell that food…Lord give me strength!!

I am on my ninth day, and the only problem I have had is sleeplessness. It’s been miserable. Waking up every hour at least, beginning only an hour after I go to bed…and continuing all night. Getting up to pee is part of it, but also just restless legs, and restless feelings all over.

I believe my ability to sustain concentration this past week, and my ability to really “enjoy” the cleanse is due to the fact that I haven’t had a good nights sleep in a week.

Yet, I cannot find any posts on this topic. Does anyone have any wisdom to share?

Tommy, I’m having the same problem. I’m on Day 6 and I’ve noticed over the last three days that I’m up practically all night. I’ve done the Master Cleanse several times over the years and I don’t recall having this problem. I decided to drink my last drink at 4:30 PM and I’ll go to bed around 7 PM. Hopefully, the urination will stop before I go to bed and I will sleep through the night.

Yes, you are probably getting low on minerals your body needs hence the restless legs.
