It’s Way Easier with the Support of a Group

For many of us, The Master Cleanse Experience is all about starting fresh, making changes and sharing with each other for support and encouragement. And since we all eat so much over the holidays, I have noticed that many people are likely to start the Master Cleanse after New Years, Easter, Summer Holidays and after Fall Holiday. It seemed logical to create The Quarterly Master Cleanse Group Cleanse.

The Group Cleanse will not only give us the forum to support each other, doing The Master Cleanse together, but also enables us to track our experiences by setting standards to the conversation. If we all just posted random thoughts we would get a lot less value from the comments. But if the comments are structured, and relevant by time and topic, we can gain even more insight, more quickly and more effectively. Therefore, we ask participants to start and finish the Master Cleanse on the same dates.

We also provide 5 topics to post comments about to further structure the advice and questions from our participants. Our entries on the these specific topics will act as a Daily Journal, open for the support of, and from the entire community. Each quarterly cleanse, we’ll reward all those who leave comments in general, but specifically, if you complete the entire Master Cleanse, and Journal Daily on these Daily Journal Pages, you’ll be eligible for some really great rewards.

Post Your Comments Each Day on These Diary Journal Pages

Dates for the Master Cleanse Group Cleanse Experience. If you must start the a day or two before or after our dates and you still want to participate, simply make your comments in your own journal using Microsoft Word or any other Text editor on your computer. Then simply post your feelings on the appropriate days and topics. Registration is always open for Open Classes, the day before The Ease-In date for each event.

Each Group Experience will start on the first FULL Monday (never the day following, but the next week) Following each major holiday or seasonal change of Winter (Christmas and New Years), Spring (Easter), Summer (Independence Day), and Fall.

Duration of the Group Cleanse

Each Group Cleanse will last 16 days including both the Ease-In, Lemonade Diet, and Ease-Out. The total time on the Lemonade Diet will be 10 Days. We start on the first full Monday after a major holiday. In my opinion the timing is the easiest after these major holidays, and on these particular days. This allows for us to Start the Ease-In on a Friday. The Lemonade Diet will start on the following Monday and conclude 10 days later. The Ease-Out will begin on Thursday and end on Saturday, leaving Sunday for the first full day of eating wisely.

Group Cleanse Comment Posting

Once you register (and even if you don’t) you can start to post your experiences on each topics pages by posting your comments to each page.

Most of all enjoy the experience and HAPPY CLEANSING…

If I’m doing the saltwater flush at night and taking the smooth move tablets both at night and in the morning. When should I take the night dose? Before or after I do the salt water flush? Thank you

      Hi Patrick,

You would definitely take it after you finish flushing (last movement).

You might want to try the SWF in the morning, I find it much more manageable.

Hi there, this will be my 5th day on the cleanse. But…. I threw all my lemonade up this afternoon and now I’m scared to drink again. Can anyone help? I want to continue but am not sure if it’s a good idea? Should I ease out tomorrow???

Hello Charlene ! I threw up 2 days ago BIG TIME ! It’s a good sign.
It means your body is cleaning. We are both lucky. For the rest I prefer a specialist answers you. Keep going !

Exactly when can I begin taking Probiotics. I know that the instructions are to begin taking them “after” the cleanse. However, does that include during the Ease Out period or immediately after that? Thanks!

I’m stunned here. I thought that salt causes us to retain water. So wouldn’t doing the SWF be doing more harm than good? How long does that salt stay in our bodies? BTW I tried the SWF a few times and it kept coming out of my nose (very uncomfortable) and it tasted awful (I’m taking a laxative tea in the evenings – I guess I should be doing it in the mornings already, but I’m doing a different type of cleanse during the day). This is my 3rd time doing MC (1st this year) and today is Day 5. Days 1-3 were the hardest!! Day 4 was still hard, but better. I’ve only lost 4.2 pounds. IToday (Day 5) isn’t so bad, but I feel super tired when I first get out of bed (I sleep alone lol)- is this normal? Interesting to note: Day 2 (I lost 3.6 pounds), Day 3 (I gained 1.2) pounds, Day 4 (I lost 1.4 pounds) and Day 5 (I lost .2 pounds). Why the different amounts of weight loss? The first 2 times that I did the MC I only lost a total of 6.2 pounds. Maybe I need to continue it for another 10 days or so?…We’ll see what happens since I’m on Day 5 and getting ready to go to bed. Any ideas about the weight gain on Day 3? This always happens on Day 3. (the previous 2 times I included the SWF). Thanks!

DAY 5!!!!!!! 1/2 way there! It was an OK day. I’m not as hungry as on those first 3 days, I successfully did the SWF I had never been able to do it and going to see if I’m able to get through it tomorrow again. I do feel like my muscles are sore for some reason and I am in a much better mood maybe because I’m 10 lbs lighter!! Yay!

Today I realized that day 3 is always super hard but today I’m on day 4 and after feeling like giving up yesterday, today was a geat day, lots of energy, and did not feel like I missed food at all…I hope it stays like this for the next few days….I heard people tend to feel really bad on day 3 and if you get passed it you feel really great on day 4. I guess it’s true because today is the first time I’ve made it past day 3. I’m also very happy because my starting weight was 205 lbs on Monday and tonight I weight 195 lbs :) That keeps me motivated to keep going, also reading the Master Cleanse book and about all the benefits it brings to my body, it keeps me focus on stay on it, maybe I’ll even go for another 10 days :)

I did this for 30 days and felt great! So, keep up the good work. You can do it! It is easier to keep going than it is to quit and then start again, so keep going!

Day 3!!………….This is usually the day I have quit in the past, it is now 01:32 PM in NYC and I’m still going strong!…The only thing I have not been able to do yet is the salt water flush, I just cannot stomach it! it’s just too gross; sorry no can’t do….But so far everything else is going well. Since I’m not doing the SWF I do a laxative tea in the morning as well as at night, it seems to be helping. Another effect I have noticed is that I’ve been sleeping much better, having strange dreams but sleeping through the night, except when I get up to use the restroom, but this is great for me because I tend to suffer from insomnia so this is a good thing. Weight loss I don’t have any yet, but I’m giving it time.

Day 2 I’m starving!!! Let’s face it lemonade cannot fill anyone up specially when it doesn’t taste too good. But I’m staying strong, I’m not quitting this time! So far so good.
