It’s Way Easier with the Support of a Group

For many of us, The Master Cleanse Experience is all about starting fresh, making changes and sharing with each other for support and encouragement. And since we all eat so much over the holidays, I have noticed that many people are likely to start the Master Cleanse after New Years, Easter, Summer Holidays and after Fall Holiday. It seemed logical to create The Quarterly Master Cleanse Group Cleanse.

The Group Cleanse will not only give us the forum to support each other, doing The Master Cleanse together, but also enables us to track our experiences by setting standards to the conversation. If we all just posted random thoughts we would get a lot less value from the comments. But if the comments are structured, and relevant by time and topic, we can gain even more insight, more quickly and more effectively. Therefore, we ask participants to start and finish the Master Cleanse on the same dates.

We also provide 5 topics to post comments about to further structure the advice and questions from our participants. Our entries on the these specific topics will act as a Daily Journal, open for the support of, and from the entire community. Each quarterly cleanse, we’ll reward all those who leave comments in general, but specifically, if you complete the entire Master Cleanse, and Journal Daily on these Daily Journal Pages, you’ll be eligible for some really great rewards.

Post Your Comments Each Day on These Diary Journal Pages

Dates for the Master Cleanse Group Cleanse Experience. If you must start the a day or two before or after our dates and you still want to participate, simply make your comments in your own journal using Microsoft Word or any other Text editor on your computer. Then simply post your feelings on the appropriate days and topics. Registration is always open for Open Classes, the day before The Ease-In date for each event.

Each Group Experience will start on the first FULL Monday (never the day following, but the next week) Following each major holiday or seasonal change of Winter (Christmas and New Years), Spring (Easter), Summer (Independence Day), and Fall.

Duration of the Group Cleanse

Each Group Cleanse will last 16 days including both the Ease-In, Lemonade Diet, and Ease-Out. The total time on the Lemonade Diet will be 10 Days. We start on the first full Monday after a major holiday. In my opinion the timing is the easiest after these major holidays, and on these particular days. This allows for us to Start the Ease-In on a Friday. The Lemonade Diet will start on the following Monday and conclude 10 days later. The Ease-Out will begin on Thursday and end on Saturday, leaving Sunday for the first full day of eating wisely.

Group Cleanse Comment Posting

Once you register (and even if you don’t) you can start to post your experiences on each topics pages by posting your comments to each page.

Most of all enjoy the experience and HAPPY CLEANSING…

No food while you’re in the master cleanse diet. If you do it will not work at all. There is no need to eat. The ingridients provide you with the nourishment and all the vitamins you need. Is a 10 day-40day cleanse diet. You can do it for 10 days but yiu have to prepare yourself mentally that you will not bea able to eat for those 10 days and that you will experience certain effects durinf the diet. I personaly done this diet a few timesover the oast 5 yrs . I’m in it right this moment this is my 1st day. Is a challenge but your body has the ability 2 do this. Ypur body can last days of not eating, however we can’t live without water. But this master cleanse provide you wirh everything your bodh needs. I recommend you buying the book it only cost 2.99

Day 1…I’m excited to start, happy, full of energy!!! I’m peeping a lot, which is annoying but the upside is that my body is cleansing itself…yayyy. My stomach is growling like a hungry animal, which when that happens, I drink another cup of MC.

I work 10-11 hrs mon-fri. I won’t start my ease in until the 19th just so my first day of Lemonade Diet will start on my weekend working and end on my weekend working. Easier to do things if I stay busy. My question is how do I make sure I make enough Lemonade while at work so I don’t run out. I use to have the book but I broke my IPAD and have no way of viewing.

You can make a concentrate, and store it in serving size containers, or one large container. That way no lemon cutting throughout the day. But you always will have to take mini-breaks and lots of them each time you want to make a drink. Plan how many drinks you’ll need, and prepare that much concentrate. Simple really.

Do you need to drink water in addition to the cleanse

Yes, you should drink plenty of water. I usually try to match water for every serving of lemonade, and then water whenever I feel a craving but know I don’t need food (energy), and water in tea as well.

Hey I’m getting ready to start the tmc. I have a few questions. Can I still work out? How can I make a gallon for the day verse making 1cup? Also do I have to buy the kit can I just buy the items?

You certainly can, but rule of thumbs: Don’t do more than you might normally, usually keep weight/strength training off the table until after the cleanse as your protein levels are lower. See this video:

You should make your lemonade fresh each cup as you’re needing it. The active fresh enzymes in the lemon juice is critical.

If you have to make some up in advance, create a concentrate, putting equal parts lemon juice and maple syrup (no cayenne or water) into a dark glass container, keep light and air out as much as possible. This will keep the enzymes active for longer. Then mix water and cayenne when you need it. You could make up 8 glasses worth (16 TBS of each for the day this way).

Yes you can. In my case since I know my body strengths and weaknesses I keep the level of my workouts to moderate and sometimes I increase it. I still do cardio and weights. But not everyone has the same bodyso you can modify it to how your body is feeling and the needs you have. See I’ve done this diet several times for more than 5 yrs and everytime I do it I prepare myself mentally, emotionally and physically and as well I prepare those around me if they see some type of behavior lol. Good luck and keep it going.

I purchased this on September 21st. I thought I was getting immediate access but still nothing. I emailed them and still have not got a response. I’m very disappointed. I was looking forward to this. Am I missing something? I did pay for this and yet I have nothing!

I am starting the cleanse tomorrow and can’t wait! I’ve been psyching myself up and reading up on how to avoid common mistakes. I’ve tried the cleanse twice but always break down on Day 5. But that’s not going to happen this time!

Yes, you can do it! Get plenty of support, make you’re lemonade correctly, take it easy, drink lots of lemonade. Practice additional daily detox, meditation, yoga, baths etc. Love yourself the whole way through! Happy cleansing…

I totally get what you mean about making the lemonade correctly and I am following your recipe to the T. Day 1 is going really well.
One question– can I do the sauna while on the cleanse?

I have steamed, but just don’t overboard. Stay hydrated, and fed.

I finished the cleanse successfully!! It was a challenging experience but I feel amazing. I slept like a baby every night and had tons of energy, more than enough to do all my daily work/exercise activities. I did in fact lose 10 pounds exactly. Now I’m on the ease out process, juicing and taking probiotics. Thanks so much Master Cleanse!

Persevere. It’s day 1. It’s common. Drink lots. Relax. Take care of yourself. It’s probably sugar or caffeine withdrawal but make sure you’re doing everything right. Drink enough lemonade, make it fresh.
