The SWF might be the hardest part of the Master Cleanse, but it doesn’t have to be. It is essential to the cleanse because it facilitates the detox by flushing your system.
What is working and what is not working. How are your movements? Are they successful? What do they look like? Are they getting lighter or darker? Are the becoming more frequent? Do you have other signs of detoxing, like breakouts or white tongue? The Master Cleanse is about Detox and daily eliminations are critical to the success of the cleanse. Well I got up in the middle of the night to have a BM ..couldn’t wait until the next morning for the SWF but in the morning I have several after the SWF..this doesnt happen every night so not sure why..I guess its just toxins coming out :)

Ok so last night ( close to when I wake up but a bit earlier ) I woke up having to go to make a BM without taking the usual morning SWF and this pattern was prior to this day as well ..it almost seems I shouldn’t take either the tea at night or SWF but not sure if this will pass..has this happened to anyone else??

Its been hard the last 3 days to get it down..maybe I got to switch up my method a bit..I felt nausea this morning but the SWF did work :)

Ease Out Day Three – It’s weird to say this but even though I don’t miss the process of the salt water flush at all, I do miss the clean empty feeling I get when I’m all emptied out. I love how clean it makes me feel. There’s nothing like it. I guess the memory of that feeling is what keeps me from putting stuff into my body that doesn’t feel good. I have a lower tolerance for junk and I don’t have any desire to over eat. I look forward to listening deeply to what my body needs and only putting in what I real need. Health first in 2012.
