Registration for the Scheduled Master Cleanse Group Cleanse Experience - April 2014 (Post New Years) is now open. The Ease-In for the Quarterly Cleansing Group – Winter 2014 will begin with the optional Ease-In on  Friday April 25th. The Lemonade Diet will begin Monday April 28th –after the National Holidays in North America.

Of course you can always register for an Independent Group Cleanse, which works on a flexible schedule (you start whenever you want). The only difference will be usually slightly less people doing the cleanse at the same time as yourself.

You don’t have to register to follow along and comment. Registration is only necessary if you wish to win the prizes.

      Nope! The pepper does amazing things to your intestinal walls (helps break the “crap” off the sides” AND has healing properties for your esophagus.

    Day: 3

    It’s getting a little easy, just looking forward to day(14). I did the master cleanse once in 2011, lost 17plds. My daughter had a baby in nov! I think I gain at less 10/15plds hoping to loss that and more. after the (14)days I’m hoping I can go on to do (21) wish me luck lol.

    Hi! I am on Day 4 of my cleanse. It seems to be going great. I have felt a tiny bit weak here and there but when I do, I drink my lemonade which I LOVE! I do have a couple of questions/concerns. My concern is that I have only had one, very small, BM and even with increased laxatives, no go. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, I have never been a big eater, so I don’t get hungry often. Before I started the cleanse, I only ate at night, but I was packing in my calories. Now that I have started, I am drinking the lemonade drink, twice a day but it’s a double drink. Is this okay? I know it says 6 single drinks at minimum but I can’t get myself to drink that much yet. Should I take the two double drinks and spread them into four and try to increase? I truly hope there are some answers out there. Thank you!!

    Day 5 lemonade Diet

    OK……finally back to my computer!

    I went on a 7 hour car ride yesterday. I was worried that this would be challenging with lemonade drinking and too many bathroom stops, but Things went well, it’s amazing how my body has adjusted to the h2o intake and seems to be absorbing it. My skin feels amazingly soft, I am skin brushing and using moisturizer but wow, this is incredible
    Drinking relax tea with just a little bit of maple in it also was a great trick, It seemed to satisfy my hunger and food fixation when I started obsessing

    My body feels amazingly fluid with no restrictions with movement, I think we are all dehydrated and really should drink a lot more water

    I have had a few weak moments, mostly when I smell or see food, i get a brief thought that I want to quit, but tell myself; this is only a fast not chemo…..and then I’m very grateful. 10 days?…… yep! definitely doable

    Tomorrow is another adventure, a ski day and overnight party with the girls, Pier pressure eeks! …..but I’m not going to cave!! I’ve got a system with my road kit

    Life goes on, even on the Lemonade Diet!

    This is my first time to cleanse, and I just heard about this website. I did not do the ease-in period, so I will be jumping right into the lemonade diet tomorrow. HERE WE GO!

    Hi! I will be starting the Master Cleanse tomorrow with the support group. I’ve done the Master Cleanse once before in 2011, and it’s been difficult to do it again ever since. I’m hoping this time will be different and that I’ll have the motivation I had the first time I successfully completed the cleanse. I just found out about the support group and feel it was meant to be for me to join! This is the first time I’m joining a support group of any kind so I’m excited to see how different my experience will be this time :) Good luck to everyone else starting Day 1 of the cleanse on Jan 13!!

    I am so excited to start with this group… I have been a juicer and a sprout grower for over 40 years.. so today I had my usual sprout mixture of French Green Lentils, Black Lentils and Peas (all organic) with some Veganise and Sprouted Ezekiel Pocket bread…. the beginning of my Ease-In diet…. also Organic Carrot, Ginger and Tumeric root juice…

    Ease-in Day 1

    Just checking in. Good morning. This is my first comment and my first group experience. I’m excited. I was a little concerned because I am coming off a cold and still have a cough so I contacted my doctor and she said to be cautious but gave the ‘go-ahead.’ I’ve started breakfast with a banana and peanuts and glass of water.
