Group Cleanse Support Topic: Weight Loss and Physical Results

This page is a Support Topic Page for Weight Loss and Physical Results for our Master Cleanse Group Cleanse. Please check that page for details on our Quarterly Cleanses and our Individual Cleanses.

The Group Cleanse will not only give us the forum to support each other, doing The Master Cleanse together, but it also enables us to track our experiences by setting standards to the conversation. If we all just posted random thoughts we would get a lot less value from the comments. But if the comments are structured, and relevant by time and topic, we can gain even more insight, more quickly and more effectively. Therefore we ask participants to start and finish the Master Cleanse on the same dates.

This page is the place for participants in the The Master Cleanse Group Experience to post their daily entries. To post, simply leave a comment. You don’t have to be logged in to post. Please provide 100 words each day – don’t worry; that’s not that much. The paragraph below, for example, is 100 words.

Weight Loss – Even though The Lemonade Diet is about so much more that weight loss, it is still an effective reduction diet. Weigh yourself each day. How much weight did you lose today? Are you happy or disappointing with the results? What were your expectations? Some people loose weight the day they start The Lemonade Diet. Some people don’t lose weight until well into the diet. Describe your daily experiences.

Physical – Talk about the way your body is reacting to the cleanse. Do you feel full of energy? Do you feel like you have a cold? Headaches on Day 2 but feeling great on day 8? Think about it, how do you feel today? Just pretend you are talking to your best friend and complaining about the hard parts and raving about the good.

If you are not participating, you can follow the post to get inspiration to try the cleanse or answer the most basic question: Is The Master Cleanse right for me?

Keep it simple, just talk in your own language about your daily experience. The more you are yourself, the more others will connect with you – and the more you can connect with what they are saying – which is what we want after all, a strong support network through a group experience.

    I’m doing Group Master Cleanse from 17th of October. Today is my 3rd day. And I wanna state that I feel amazing. No food craving, at all! No hunger. No mental games. Every day i do SWF and follow all the instructions of MC. However today (19 Oct 2016) my weight goes up. On the first 2 days it dropped by 1.3 kg, but today i gained 0.7 kg. How come!!! Any ideas why it happened?

      Hi Anna, due to the salt water flush u may gain weight until you flush every thing out.. be sure you are still drinking a lot of water as well!

      I try to do 1 lemonade, 1 water! If u do this the next morning you should be lighter… you may want to do the salt water every other day..

      For me I find the salt water flush makes me gain..

    I definitely don’t need to lose weight although I’m sure I will get a bit lean in the process, I’m here because my body doesn’t digest very well and therefore I’m not absorbing all the goodness from what I eat, so it’s health reasons, I think this is a long time coming. I eat healthy excercise quite a bit but poor digestion makes me feel uncomfortable, lethargic and foggy in the brain.

    This is my first day of the lemonade diet, so I have not lost any weight yet. However, I am with Stefany (previous post) to achieve a weight in the 120’s. That would be an awesome result for me. I have to also say though, that I do not just to be skinny. Most of all, I want to be HEALTHY, then STRONG, and take the weight loss as one of the consequences of the diet.

    I am starting the Master Cleanse on Monday and would like a buddy to partner up with me. I plan on going 40 days. I have about 50 pounds to lose (leaving room to gain after refeeding). I’m hoping I can take the full 50 off in that time and then if I gain 5 to 10 back after refeeding, I’ll still be very happy! Anybody up for it?

      I am up for it……I think :( Don’t think I can do 40 days in all seriousness, though I would like to. This is about much more than weight loss for me, though that is also a big part. I could certainly use a buddy to do this with though and if I am going well, I may stay on.

    I started the ease in today, so I will be starting lemonade on Friday. I weigh 154 and my ultimate goal is to get down to 125, so I’m hoping to kick start that process and find some motivation with this cleanse. I’m most nervous for the salt water flush.

    I start tomorrow. Im battling feeling really bloated and heavy on my feet, hoping to lighten up emotionally and physically. When my body feels out of whack, it really takes a toll on my attitude and my joy. Extra weight makes everything a little bit tougher for me. Im looking to lean up, 10-12 pounds……and a but of emotional heaviness as well :)

    Day 17, I’ve lost about 15 lbs.
    Going to begin orange juice today and transition back to food and a very different lifestyle for me.

    The last week was the worst emotionally.. Rollercoaster of joy and sadness for situations in my life.

    I think I’ll eat solids for a week and then go back on the cleanse.

    My tounge never turned fully pink again…so I suppose I have more work to do.

    Today is #10! I feel great my brain is not super sharp, but I have a TON of energy.

    Day 1 – 209.7 lb
    Day 10_194.1 lb

    15 lb weight loss is much more than I expected. I am delighted. I think I will keep going to 14 days because I feel good and have a routine established. I’m not ready to take on real food yet and I feel like I am still detoxing.

    Day 7: Mentally I have a peace I haven’t felt for a while. Physically, I am really tired. Really tired, if I could sleep for 10 hours I would! I have about 57 pounds to loose and I’m not going to weigh myself until the end because I don’t want to get discouraged.
