Welcome to the Master Cleanse Quarterly Group Cleanse. The above video is the same video found on the Group Cleanse page. If you’ve already watched it, you’re all set. If not, make sure you watch it because it’ explains how to document your Group Cleanse Experience.

Please note, we are no longer doing the Sharing Rewards, and the dates are not accurate since of course time passes and video doesn’t update itself ;).

Be sure to check your email for more details on the Group Cleanse, including if you’re going to start right now on your own as an independent, or with the Group at the scheduled time. We also would like to know if what type of cleanser you already are so we can send you more relevant information. After all, the Newbie Cleanser will want more support and instruction than a Veteran or Master Cleanser.

    I am on day 2 of my cleanse, I truly forgot about this site because I would have started with the group. I was watching Hungry for Change this weekend and knew that I had to start the cleanse on the 1st of April. I am feeling really good and will keep up all posted on my day to day adventures.

    Day 1, skipped the Ease in, since I have done this twice before never knowing about the Ease-in. That and I think that the Ease-in would only seem like prolonging the whole process, making it harder. Feel that the Quitting food Cold Turkey is the way to go for me. Must say I know its only the first day but the SWF has never been easier… finally using the correct amount of Salt, Thanks make, I made the same mistake as you Tablespoons of Salt, rather then Teaspoons. Wish I could do this with the group but don’t want to wait till April to start up. Wish me luck

      Bryan, do you do the SWF at night or in the morning? Have heard it both ways and was just wondering what worked for you. Am wanting to start this on April 1st because I have a birthday next week. You’ll be done by then.

    I did the cleanse 2 years ago lasted 7 days. I am determined to go at least the 10 days this time, maybe longer.

      Good luck! Hope it is going well, I just started today, made it through day one. I like the idea of coming to this site for support. This is a challenge and it’s awesome to be able to share with each other.

        how long are you going for? im trying for 40-60 days. the longer you stay on the master cleanse, the more weight you lose. to be honest i need to lose 138 to be my goal weight.. i need alot of support. none of my so called friends belive in me. i wish they were more supportive..

    I’m not new to the Master Cleanse, but I am new to actually attempting to do it. I start Day 1 tomorrow. I think i’ll go with the easing in process rather than just jump right in. Over the last few months i’ve gone from a slim 140 to a very heavy 180. I’m 5’7. My kids are off school today so tomorrow i’ll go stock up on what i need for the week. Any tips or helpful advice would be great!
