Lemonade Diet Day 3; So I’m curious to know more about this topic of nutrients. I’ve read more about this diet online, and the naysayers claim that this diet is dangerous because of a lack of vitamins, minerals and proteins. The FAQ question above doesn’t really address these exact dietary needs and I’m hoping to hear a little more about them while on the diet. Perhaps I should at least take a multivitamin daily, or a Protein drink by Odwalla or something? Thank you!

How soon ater doing the master cleanse can I do it again? The first time I did it I did not get a white tongue till the 8th day and by day 10 I still had a white tongue but being this was my first time doing it and already am very thin I deiced to stop. I noticed right away as I began easing in solid foods I had less energy than when cleansing. I do not feel as good as I did on the cleanse now and am feeling I may need to do it again to fully cleanse. I am almost back up to my pre-cleanse weight and am wondering if I can safely do it again in another month or so?
