Think about a person in the hospital on IV (Intravenous). They receive all the support their body needs to heal from a well-considered mixture of: calories from sugar; nutrients; and the building blocks for protein that our body creates naturally from other ingredients. The juice is your daily ration of food. There are enough calories to sustain the metabolism of an average person (this varies body to body). Actually there are slightly fewer calories than you need, since one of our objectives is to create a calorie deficit – thereby burning excess fat for energy.     Lemonade Diet Day 3; So I’m curious to know more about this topic of nutrients. I’ve read more about this diet online, and the naysayers claim that this diet is dangerous because of a lack of vitamins, minerals and proteins. The FAQ question above doesn’t really address these exact dietary needs and I’m hoping to hear a little more about them while on the diet. Perhaps I should at least take a multivitamin daily, or a Protein drink by Odwalla or something? Thank you!

    How soon ater doing the master cleanse can I do it again? The first time I did it I did not get a white tongue till the 8th day and by day 10 I still had a white tongue but being this was my first time doing it and already am very thin I deiced to stop. I noticed right away as I began easing in solid foods I had less energy than when cleansing. I do not feel as good as I did on the cleanse now and am feeling I may need to do it again to fully cleanse. I am almost back up to my pre-cleanse weight and am wondering if I can safely do it again in another month or so?
