		<description>Hi Again,

A few hours into my Day 2 and I am doing ok but have a headache and my head seems fuzzy...like I can&#039;t quite wake up.   My tummy grumbles here and there and I have lemonade and it seems to go away.  I am at work which I hope will help distract me.  I am getting my period tomorrow.  Anyone have any experience doing the cleanse during your period?  Should I have waited?  thanks, Dawn</description>

		<description>Day 2...wowow! Super tired. Worst headache of my life (since my last MC) Looks like I might be addicted to caffeine. Silly, because I really didn&#039;t think that I drank all that much. I guess it&#039;s the double espressos...whoops!

Also, feeling a lot of tension/pain, almost like a draining feeling in my mid-lower back. Has anyone else experienced this? I&#039;ve had a few kidney infections and was thinking this could be them finally cleansing???

Ready for the UP part of the experience. Everyone keeps inviting me to drinks and dinner...it&#039;s harsh.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m in the beginning of day 2 and feel better than yesterday except the caffeine headache. I have more energy and so far less cravings. I was feeling pretty doubtful after being really nauseous for most of last night, but I think I&#039;m going to be okay. I had a strong BM before bed, seemed to come out of nowhere, and then I felt better. I&#039;ve already lost 3 pounds; a nice surprise!</description>

		<description>This is my 5th time cleansing...I&#039;ve excercised each and everytime that I have done the cleanse. I don&#039;t push myself more than normal, but I try to do something everyday.  I did it to keep my metabolism up. For example, I would run, bikram yoga, P90X, and hike during the cleanse.  I also think that sweating only helps the detox process.</description>

		<description>Day 1~ My preparation/ease-in was really only a couple of days of low calories (700-1100) consisting of fresh fruits, veggies, soup and some peanut butter. Drank really strong smooth move last night and had a great BM this morning. Hunger hasn&#039;t been too bad for me.. it is more just the feeling of being tired and weak. Tonight I will do half the strength of the tea and in the AM I will do the first of 2 or 3 SWF. I am already really thin to begin with, so I am not doing this to lose weight, at all. I just haven&#039;t been very nice to my body lately and I am trying to quit smoking, stop craving alcohol and lessen my enormous caffeine in-take. Not to mention clear out a few cheetos that I have been loving over the past few months. Praying that my energy will be up tomorrow so I can take care of a few small things.. However, I think this may be only a 3-5 day fast, as I don&#039;t have to much nastiness in my stomach and it feels like this cleanse is working a bit quicker for me than it has in the past.</description>

But after I serve it to them, I have just been leaving the room.  I talked to my sister today who has done fasts before and she said you are not supposed to exercise, except for light walks and things like yoga.  I have been on a pretty intense workout routine (for me) for the last 7 weeks and I was wanting to keep it up for the cleanse thinking I may actually be able to melt the last 10 lbs of fat that won&#039;t seem to leave my body.  She says I will make it worse, and I can&#039;t find any comments on exercise.  My workout routine has been a fat-blasting cardio 4 days a week and pilates strength training 3 days a week (I combine some of those so it&#039;s been 5 days a week total).  Any thoughts on if I can and should keep this up through the cleanse?</description>
