    This is my first master cleanse, and my first fast!

    I am on day two of the Master Cleanse. I have read Mr. Burroughs’, “The Master Cleanser”, I have read this entire webiste, and I have followed the directions exactly.

    But, on day two, I am having diarrhea. My understanding is that I am suppose to stop the nightly laxative and morning Salt Water Flush until my eliminations are solid again. Is this correct?

    Also, is there anything I can modify about the diet, or aids in eliminations, to prevent diarrhea from occuring again during the rest of my fast?
