Here we are. Let’s get ready to Ease-In tomorrow, with the Lemonade Diet starting on Thursday. Does everyone know the rules to qualify for prizes (and just good commenting fun)?

You can comment as much as you want, or as little as you want. Every time you comment (If you have registered), you not only help your fellow participants, you also get another entry into the draw for the Amazon gift certificates. Comment 100 times, get 100 entries. This draw is for $75.

If you comment every day on every topic you will be eligible for the $100 draw. The last group experience had 4 finalists out of the 174 who participated. That’s good odds.

Please try to start your comment with a daily identifier –especially if you aren’t on the same day as everyone else.

For example:

Day 1 – Today wasn’t that hard, it was easy getting past the cravings…

That way everyone can tell the relevance of your experience to theirs.
