    Lemonade Diet Day 4-I’m on day 4 now so far I’ve lost 6 lbs in 3 days. I do the SWF each night but I haven’t started excercising although I do walk moderately throughout the day and for lunch time. I’m really tired though. What could I do? Would a multivitamin help? Seeing the weight come off is exciting I just wished I had more energy.

    If I choose to do Master cleanse long term, (10-14 days, then 40 days, then longer then that, upto lifetime dietary (all ingredients +plus the nightime herbal laxitives minus the lousy tasting swf) + spirulina based supplements taken 8 times a day+ exercise. Is it possible for a sedentary lecturer (like me) to continue MC+ semi-indefinitely?

    How many k/calories a day will the ingredients of MC give as opposed to the 1753 k/cal a day that the body normally needs. Thereby (in short) how fast will one lose weight @ on MC? I was 94 kgs at the start, weighed 90 kgs in middle after 4-5 days, (first 2 kgs are mostly water-so they really don’t count as weight loss). must one do exercises to increase the metabolism to increase the weight loss, and if so where to get those specific recommended (while doing MC daily-long term) exercises? bvmadhavswami@gmail.com
