The following page illustrates some recent posts on this day, Ease-In Day 2

Well I do agree that the system does have its errors when trying to help; hence the reason they call it a “practice” of medicine.
I believe strongly that we all can better ourselves with the cleanse and continue to learn more about herbals and natural remedies over quickly running to a doctor to help you- and rarely do they help you, but over charge you and send you away medicated. I too will not go on.

I totally didn’t even make a soup as that would have entailed cooking and with it being 106 outside none of us wanted to do that to the inside of the house set at 80 to save money on the electric bill. So we just cut open watermelon, and cantelope, ate some carrots, and squash, and tomatoes straight from the garden and snacked on grapes. It seemed to work well on my tummy and my physical well being.
I do however love my vitamix and I do whip together a mean stealth smoothie once in a while, and the kids are always begging for one or another of my recipes. Today I had to get rid of some apples so I threw those in with pineappple and blueberries then sweetened just a tad with agave. They liked it and so did I. On to another day- Looking forward!
