today was day 3 finally! the dang salt flush worked! I was beginning to think the cleanse wasn’t working for me. I used warm water-sea salt and I liter of water.Its better warm almost like broth and the straw helps with the intense saltiness. Now I feel 5lbs lighter. I like the lemonade but cut back on the cayenne pepper-also I needed to consume even more than an extra liter of water to feel better. My skin looks better and I slept so good.I have struggled the first few days but now I want to continue. I am not using grade b syrup but molasses instead-tastes about the same and way cheaper. Also doing the flush at night I’m more relaxed cuz I ain’t going anywhere.

Well I am on Day 3 And have lost 5 pounds. Went to Disneyland and even sat through a whole meal with my family and drank my water. I found that dividing the bottles into .5 liters works well. I have one in the morning, 1 at lunch, a snack, and dinner. I have had huge energy bursts and ended up cleaning my house at 10:00 at night. Ha Ha. Well i need to keep this up. P.S. the mixture is great just a little frozen like a slushie. Yummm

Day 3 and my sails are high and snapping in the wind. I had a dream last night that I broke down and ate. I had this last time too, and was pretty happy to wake up and realize that I am still in the game.
I’ve been alternating days with the SWF and Tea as I find that doing both everyday too hard on my body. For me I find it more effective to alternate them.
Last cleanse I also used psyllium fibre and first press organic VEGA oil. I found it to give me better results.
To all of you newbies – I believe in you! Keep up the good work and keep your focus.
