Day 1. First time doing the master cleanse… had my lemonade as we are speaking… kinda hard for me to get down. Little rough on the throat. So I added some ice to help but the pepper is extremely strong. Anyone have any comments to help me?! Thank you! I really wanna complete the 10 days

I am starting the cleanse tomorrow 04/25/12
I have done this before but have only been able to make it through 5 days both times. This time I’m centered and ready to push through. How exciting that there is a community of people out there to talk with about all of the mysterious things that are about to happen to our bodies!

Day ONE! I had my tea this morning and it was really good! I just finished my first serving of the lemon dring and I also really like it. I have always like lemons so I figured it would not be too hard for me. I hope I can make it throught the day. Time will tell…

Lemonade Diet Day 1- I’m sooo excited!!! This is my second time doing the cleanse and I’m ready. Last time I did it for the 10 days and felt cleaner internally, probably just me but I’m ready here we go.

Master Cleanse Day 1 today! (Monday). I hope I can stay on it this time. I’ve been trying to get past day 2 for the last couple of weeks, lol. With a group cleanse, maybe that will make it easier to stay on track.
