hello this is my no ease-in 2nd day lemonade diet…i did the SWF yesterday n today on an empty stomach within 30 minutes of waking…not only does my body find it difficult to drink but it makes me feel so sick. it makes me a lil dizzy and shaky, really crappy and nauseous. it takes about 2hrs to send me to the bathroom, then ill drink the first lemonade and immediately violently vomit (seems violent almost projectile) then i feel better. im doing ok throughout the day with the lemonade and water…but the SWF im not going to do anymore…i dont want to be out sick in the mornings so i rather do the laxative, so my question is do i take the lemonade or the laxative first thing in the morning?

Today would be my Day 4 of the cleanse however i gave into temptation of Easter Candy with my kids… I just watched the Zero to Master Cleanse video clip on the website and totally agree with all the comments he makes of how if your not prepared you will fail.. That is what I did and why I am writing this now. I didn’t do the ease-in and I don’t have enough ingredients for all 10 day and now need to go back to the store to stock up. So I plan to start fresh by doing the ease-in and any tips are greatly appreciated.
