Detox and The Salt Water Flush
The Salt Water Flush Problems, Tips, and Tricks for Success
The SWF might be the hardest part of the Master Cleanse, but it doesn’t have to be. It is essential to the cleanse because it facilitates the detox by flushing your system.
What is working and what is not working. How are your movements? Are they successful? What do they look like? Are they getting lighter or darker? Are the becoming more frequent? Do you have other signs of detoxing, like breakouts or white tongue? The Master Cleanse is about Detox and daily eliminations are critical to the success of the cleanse. Is this Detox Diet successful so far?

I am on day 3 of the Master Cleanser diet. After being up last night from taking the Smooth Move, I thought I would be tired. I did a kettle bell workout and sat in the Sauna. My goal is to lose 25 lbs through this cleansing lifestyle and excercise. In 2003-2004, I saw how eating so much fast food had caused me to blow up to around 285 lbs. I worked on the road so no homecooked meals. But by way of lifes challenges, diet and excercise, I was 170 lbs by 2005. By 2007, my husband proposed but I had not gotten down to my goal weight of 150 lbs. My brother told me about the Master Cleanser. After being on the 21 days I weighed in at 154 lbs by my weddin day. It has taken 2 years for me to gain the weight I lost through my first cleanse. I am now at 175 lbs. I believe this time I will meet my goal of 150 and keep it off. I don’t like the way I look or feel. After last nights flush, I know the next 18 days will be a synche!

Lemonade Diet Day 1:
Just did my SWF and waiting. I think that this detox will be easy for ten days. Once I do my ease out, I plan to eat more high fiber foods. Feeling pretty good, not hungry.

lemonade diet day 14 I love this diet!! I only intended to do the 10 day detox but I feel so great I am going for 20 days at least. I am not doing the diet for weight loss, I wanted a total cleanse before beginning an Ayurvedic/ macrobiotic routine. I am a vegetarian and thought that I was pretty “non toxic”. But I am surprised to see how much a difference I see/feel with this master cleanse detox diet.
My biggest problem has been the SWF.. I don’t really mind drinking it.. but I seem to retain most of the water?? I tried adjusting the salt as suggested, but still have very little elimanations with it. Seem to do better with the smooth move.
I think the hardest part of this diet is going to be going off of it!!

ease out, day 6 (final day)
My digestion is still really phenomenally good (touch wood) and I hope it will stay that way. Of course I know my long term success both in that department and the weight department depends on how wise my decisions will be when it comes to eating, now that I am back on solid foods again.
I have learned a lot since the first time I cleansed and I learn new things about health, food and myself each time i repeat the process, but I am only human.
Today it was easy enough to stick to a healthy ease out diet since I was served steamed veggies for lunch. They were good but I still wasn’t feeling properly hungry while I ate them. I wonder how I’ll feel tomorrow.
