New Years Resolution Master Cleanse Experience is all about starting fresh, making changes and sharing with each other for support and encouragement.

Since we all eat so much over the holidays, naturally New Years Resolutions follow to loose weight and eat better. I have noticed that many people are going to start the Master Cleanse this New Years, so I propose, in the form of a shared experience, that those interested should register to participate by starting and ending the Master Cleanse on a certain date and posting each day their experiences along topics such as Energy Level, Psychology, Emotional Status and more.

You can Register on this page. It is a simple form in which you provide a user name, email address, and how many times you have cleansed before. Registration Closes December 31st, 2008 at 24:00 EST.

You will be giving a User name on this website, where you will be able to log into the website and post your Experiences.

I am also managing a Facebook Group. Each of your posts will be re-posted there as well. I will promote the Experience on facebook as well to gather participants.

Since the lemonade diet isn’t only about weight loss we don’t want to focus on that. We do want to understand the experiences we all have in a more clear way so that others can learn and gain confidence to change their lifestyles for the better - taking an active role in their health and longevity.

Therefore, the challenge is to clearly document and communicate your experience.

We will set the framework for the cleanse, and we the interested will post daily our experiences in text, photos, video comments to the message board.

You must declare your intention by December 31st at 24:00 EST by Filling our the form at:

When you register, A page on themastercleanse.org and a forum post on the facebook group will be created for you. You will be given credentials to themastercleanse.org to post your results. You can choose to post to the website, or to the facebook group forum topic. Your posts will be presented on both by an admin.

People of course will be able to comment on your post to give you encouragement and feedback.

Rules

The Master Cleanse Experience Challenge will begin on January 1, 2009. This is a Thursday. Since some of us might be hung over, this is when the Ease in will begin. There will be a 4 day Ease in. The Ease in can be slow over the 4 days, or you can start the Lemonade Diet on Sunday January 4, 2009 by just beginning to take the Lemonade with no Ease in.

1. The Master Cleanse New Years Resolution Experience Challenge will begin on Friday January 1, 2009.
2. The Ease In (Optional) Will begin on Sunday January 4, 2009
3. It will last 10 Days with the last full day of the Lemonade Diet coming on Tuesday January 13th.
4. A 3 Day Ease out will follow.
5. Eat Freely / Eat Wisely will begin on Saturday January 17th.

Anyone who posts comments everyday on the appropriate topics will receive the Book - The master Cleanse $10.00 Value - eBook downloaded from themastercleanse.org. Alternatively you can receive a gift certificate from Amazon.com. You must submit your experience by 7:00 PM Eastern Standard. Each submission must be 100 words or more.
