My kids are grown but my mother lives with me, who has cancer. I still have had to cook for her 3x's a day an though it isn't easy if you are strong willed, th cravings for food will pass. I am now on day 7 and I have lost 12 pounds. YOU CAN DO IT!!! I promise. Make sure you do the sea salt portion, as well. You must remove waste from your body daliy. Good Luck

Hi...Wondering if anyone else out there is just starting the cleanse. I am on day 2 of the ease in but will be starting the lemonade phase tomorrow. My biggest challenge is that i am a stay at home mother of 3, all under the age of 4 and i babysit an additional child 2 days a week. Even though i will only be drinking meals still need to be made for my babies. Anyone else go through the process as a stay at home mom? I think i will find lots of fun things to do with the kids outside of the house for the next few days until i get past the craving for food.

My support system is strong. My family understands my desire to stick to the MC. They are eating the way they always have and I am not feeling weak at all. My boyfriend can see the way my body is scaling down and the weight I have lost, I will not find again. I feel really strong and empowered. I have been planning on how I will change my eating habits. I found a great page that lists the the worlds healthiest foods. I can't wait!!!

Ease-Out Day 2
I was glad in a sense that I am coming out of the cleanse. I do not know if my family were happy to see that I started eating again albeit orange juice on the first day of ease-out. It really doesn't make much difference whether I eat or drink. During the cleanse I was making lemonade every hour or so and drinking it.
I met up with friends at lunch today and told them about my cleanse. One of them said she could never do it. I told her she neeeded to read about it before she could do anything like this.
We went to the beach in the afternoon. At the cafe I watched my friend get food for her two children. It's sad to see what the public are being fed on: cakes, ice cream, sausage meat wrapped in puff pastry, coca cola, etc. These are nutritionless, what has the world come to? Children grow up with diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc. and no one knows why they get it, not even the so-called experts. If I tell them, will they have the ear to listen? Sadddddd.

Ease-Out Day 1
This morning at around 7:00 I was lying in sweat. I was also weak so that I decided not to take the SWF. I was weak because I was very active all day yesterday until 1am in the morning writing comments plus that I didn't have maple syrup in my lemonades. Anyway, I turned to my husband and asked him if he would go and get me maple syrup, I was considering getting 6 bottles because I was still thinking of going on with the cleanse. My husband thought I was joking but I reasoned with him saying that I had and always would do anything for him if he was in need of help.
You see, this is why my husband doesn't want me to fast because I put him in an inconvenient position. Later on he made fun of me by mimicking me when I was weak.

Ease Out Day 3
I had a friend tell me today that I really lost a lot of weight since she saw me two weeks ago. That was a nice feeling. My husband hasn’t said anything, but then he has seen me every day and I told him how much I lost so maybe he just figures I know already. I am going to a get together on Friday night and it is a potluck. I have been trying to figure out what I want to bring. The people who attend this potluck are fairly health conscience and there will be lots of healthy choices along with a few sugary choices. I am sure it will be fine. On Saturday, I am going to a BBQ, but have no idea if it will be health conscience or not. I haven’t decided if I will eat there or not. I might just make my self a lemonade and take that. That might be the easiest thing to do.

Lemonade Diet Day 15
I don't know why some people are just contrary. If you invite them to eat more they say, "Why don't you eat yourself?" when they know well that I am on a fast. You know who I am talking about.
Tonight at badminton I came upon this player who hasn't been for months. I introduced him to the books The Miracle of Fasting and The Mucusless Diet Healing System last year. He bought the books and read them. He has a weight problem and also some health issues. When I saw him I said to him that he had lost weight. Then he told me that he has been fasting and has lost 3 stones and that this is his 5th week. He only has water and vitamins during the fast. He said he aimed to fast for 8 weeks. I was really impressed!

Ease out Day 2
So I am now easing back to solid foods and entering back in to the world of eating. Today I was away from home most of the day. I was at a friends for most of the day and we went to the store and I bought a can of soup to eat. She bought chicken strips.from the deli. I had no desire to eat the fried chicken. I was happy with my vegetable broth soup. We took our food home and I heated mine up and it was wonderful. Later my Dad called and asked me to stop by his house which I did. He asked me if I was still not eating. I told him I am just starting to eat some things. He asked me what I could have and I told him I could have a salad. We went to a pizza place. He had a calazone and I had a salad. I really enjoyed my salad.

Lemonade Diet Day 14
Yesterday I sent an email to those friends with whom I have shared about fasting and a nutritious diet. They are mostly young people which is encouraging. I invited them to visit this website and to read the comments I posted and is still posting. I hope through reading them they will get an idea of what it is like to do the MC. Hopefully they will be motivated to follow suit.
This morning my husband said to me, "How can you have a BM when you are not eating solid food?" I said to him, "The average person carries 5-10 lbs of waste inside of him. The waste that is coming out of me is probably very old and is being losen bit by bit everyday." It's good that he asked because he is being enlightened.
