This page is the place for participants in the New Years Resolution Master Cleanse Experience to post their daily entries. To post, simply leave a comment. You don’t have to be logged in to post.

If you are not participating, you can follow the post to get inspiration to try the cleanse or answer the most basic question: Is The Master Cleanse right for me?

Keep it simple, just talk in your own language about your daily experience. The more you are yourself, the more others will connect with you – and the more you can connect with what they are saying – which is what we want after all, a strong support network through a group experience.

Please provide 100 Words Each Day – Don’t worry that’s not that much. The paragraph below is 100 words..

Weight Loss – Even though The Lemonade Diet is about so much more that weight loss, it is still an effective reduction diet. Weigh yourself each day. How much weight did you lose today? Are you happy or disappointing with the results? What were your expectations? Some people loose weight the day they start The Lemonade Diet.

Some people don’t lose weight until well into the diet. Describe your daily experiences.
Physical – Talk about the way your body is reacting to the cleanse. Do you feel full of energy? Do you feel like you have a cold? Headaches on Day 2 but feeling great on day 8? Think about it, how do you feel today? Just pretend you are talking to your best friend and complaining about the hard parts and raving about the good.

    im on day 18 as of day 17 i went from 225lbs to 193.5lbs. i feel great, i can fit into all of my old clothes. my waist was a 38 i can now easily fit into my 34″ waist pants with room to spare. i look and feel like a new person. i actually stop snooring in my sleep and my leggs do not loose circulation or get numb in the morning. why did i wait so long to do the MC???

    Hi, today I started the Master Cleanse and I am soooo o scared i either wont have the results i want or that i wont be able to bare it and give up and I really really want to do ten days!

    Lemonade Diet Day 7
    I am, like others posted, disappointed with the amount of weight loss so far. I did not ease in, just went straight for the fasting and lemonade. I started at 182 and the scale that said 174 two days ago now says 176… grr.. I seemed to have reached a plateau. I just started the SWR yesterday morning. I wonder if that has anything to do with the plateau. This morning was the second successful SWR and I think I will take this tool with me for after I am off of the diet as I have always struggled with regularity.
    Going to day 10 then beginning to ease off will be difficult for me considering that I don’t have any more weight loss on the scale as encouragement. If I have lost all I am going to why bother continuing…. is that bad/negative? Just being honest…

    I have had difficulty with the SWF. A few times, I did not expel the salt water, though I used precise measurements and high-quality Celtic Sea salt. That much salt in my body is not all that healthy, and I wondered if the ensuing headache and feelings of malaise were detox symptoms or from way too much sodium.

    Any suggestions?

      I’ve had the same issue in the past. Have you tried alternating the amount of salt you are using? Some people need more for the swf, some people need less. Also, are you using warm water?

    Lemon diet day 1..almost
    Hello all, I am beging the diet tomorrow and right now im trying to mentally prepare myself for pretty much fasting for 10 days..kind of nervous because im not sure if ill be able to do it.. i have all the ingredients and tomorrow i will begin to drink the swf and begin to drink drink drink! any advice?
