    Hi,
i live in india and its very difficult to find maple syrup, only the grade A ones are available. Will the diet be effective if i use the Grade A maple syrup? i have 4 brand options: American garden , epicure, MacDonalds and Maple joe. can you please let me know any other options if these arent ok ?

    Thanks.

I live in the Philippines and the only “syrup” available is for pancakes. These are made from corn syrups and lots of sugary additives. Maple syrups available for delivery only would cost 60-80 dollars a gallon.

Also, in supermarkets, lemons here are very expensive–3-4 pieces for 2-3 dollars (ridiculous!), which I reckon is because they are imported and none are locally grown here.

I didn’t bother checking how much a cayenne pepper was, though.

I live in a suburban area with limited means. This diet has simple but has very costly ingredients. This, however, will not stop me from forming my own “cleansing” diet.
