Lemonade Diet Day 3: The only problem i have is the morning routine. I find that part of the diet to be the most difficult. I have been on vacation so my morning has been used to do the SWF and to use the restroom. On day 6 of my diet i have to go back to work, is there any suggestions? I thought about taking it earlier around 6pm so i can get a bowel movement around 2 am but that would interfere with the amount of lemonade i drink because i dont go to sleep until 10pm or 11pm. I really want to finish the diet, any suggestions please!

I started may 1st and I've lost 3 pounds. I do the lax tea at night and swf in the morning but I also weigh my self before bed I also do some walking and light work out. This may help you

GI Flush Day 1: (Granted not a real diet, but a noble quest.) I very much appreciate this page. I began having GI problems months ago and have yet to find the culprit(s) -- or lack there of. I have cut most questionable foods out of my diet and am attempting to get rid of the toxins my body did not appreciate. I tried two teaspoons in luke warm water (1 quart) and did not taste the salt, but "felt" it. The experiment worked with, but with only nominal success. Tomorrow morning I will try to add one or two additional teaspoons of salt and hope for better results.

To respond to a couple remarks I saw on here:
I tried senna once after not having gone to the bathroom for a couple days, and I was literally afraid I would not wake up the morning after drinking it. I did research on it and SENNA is definitely a POISON. I was home-ridden the entire next day.

Thanks for information and tip to adjust salt/water mixture! I will report back on the result of GI Flush Day 2.

I think that since we are on an all liquid diet, with no fiber to assist a bowel movement, the senna is essential. And since this is a temporary situation of a couple of weeks or so, once eating solid food commences, the bodies normal process will too.

I don't understand the laxative tea. Senna is addictive, which is counterintuitive to optimal health, right? With regular Senna use, your body loses the ability to poop naturally. Its not healthy and your body will do just fine eliminating waste on its own.

I've done the salt water flush in previous cleanses.
Mix the recommended 2 teaspoons of salt in
32 oz. of water(I prefer warm water to balance it with the natural temperature
of the body) Your body will not absorb the salt because the mixture
is as sea water which is not absorbed by the body. People lost at sea who begin to drink sea water die of thirst. That's because the water in the saline mixture is not absorbed by the body. Instead It cleans you out.

As you say, morning is best. I use Celtic sun dried salt.(Course or fine
granules) It's recommended in Peter Glickmnan's Lemonade Cleanse Happy cleansing Frank
