It is so simple yet it baffles most people just to hear about it. There is a built in fail mechanism for many people when it comes to The Master Cleanse. Why not eliminate as many potential pitfalls as you can. Because the process is so simple it becomes obvious that just a simple 30 minutes of conscious preparation will increase your likelihood of success dramatically.
