A lot of this section seems far too simplistic or even unnecessary, but believe me, I understand the value of a plan. There is a reason to plan, to practice. It makes things easier. And that is what we are after isn’t it? We want to succeed. And we succeed when what was once difficult for us becomes easy to a point that we are comfortable and begin to excel.

Well, honestly, no. You don’t. You can grab your lemons and go. Should you have a plan. Well honestly, yes. This process is such a contradiction. It is so simple yet it baffles most people just to hear about it. There is a built in fail mechanism for many people when it comes to The Master Cleanse. Why not eliminate as many potential pitfalls as you can. Because the process is so simple it becomes obvious that just a simple 30 minutes of conscious preparation will increase your likelihood of success dramatically.
