Ease-In Day 1
So today is the first day for me ease-in process. I am a little nervous, but I do intend to go through with this so wish me luck ^_^. It makes it easier that my sister will be doing it with me…Well, here we go.

Day-2 Master Cleanse/ Parasite Cleanse
I started the cleanse yesterday and the hunger wasn’t a problem at all. My problem is with the aches and pains. I had an undiagnosed parasite infection for over three years and it all but stole every bit of vitality I had in me. The doctors tried to diagnose me with fibromyalgia because they couldn’t figure anything else out but I finally figured it out after I requested a vitamin level test. They all came be deficient and the first thing that came up on the internet for reason why someone would be vitamin deficient was parasites. I took antibiotics for 10 days and it was horrible and I was in so much pain (that is the main symptom of the parasites… pain, even when I am killing them) I went back for a retest and it came back negative. I felt great for almost 2 weeks and then the symptoms came back. I assume because even the meds couldn’t catch them at every stage of life. This brings me to where I am now. I can’t afford to miss anymore work because of the meds so I am taking this into my own hands. Here is my plan. 10 days master cleanse/ parasite cleanse (using paragone), then five days off ( super light and careful eating), next I will be adding bentonite and psyllium while on the master cleanse and doing 10 days of colema therapy in addition to a new parasite formula (as apparently they can become immune from repeated exposure). If anyone has any words of wisdom or has gone through something similar I would love to hear about it. I am hopeful but sometimes feels as though I don’t believe my horrible health situation will ever change.

Lemonade Diet Day 3 – I started Wednesday. I must admit I was very skeptical, I thought the Master cleanse was impossible and was very much fearful I would be hungry and just quit. I woke up hungry that morning and did not want to start this journey on a hungry stomach to set me up for failure so I had a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast to base my hunger and started my Master cleanse at lunch. I am doing a lot better that I thought I would. I am not feeling hungry for long periods as each time I feel the least bit hungry I grab a sip of water or my lemonade. The lemonade is quite tasty if I might add. This morning I weighted… I have already lost 4 lbs.. woo hoo 4lbs in 2 days.. how kool is that! Yesterday I went to the gym… I felt so energized…I did a Zumba class ( high energy, I was feeling lighter and positive) then half hour of weights.. and still felt I could do more..
The 4 lbs I lost… that is what keeping encouraged and motivated. I have a wedding on my 10 th day, may 28th and I was wondering if I should stop at my 8th day and ease out … or do it fully to my 10days and take the chance and eat with caution at the wedding… I am very excited about fitting into my new fitted dress for the wedding and hope to shed the inches too. I am a bit tired throughout the day though and not sure if the cause is my late night and early morning or the MC or a combination.

I had the same thing on Day 1 and am fighting Day 2. Just drink more lemonade. i realized I wasn’t drinking enough, so when I did it did keep the hunger at bay for awhile. Find ways to keep yourself busy so you don’t realize you’re hungry. Another thing that helps me is to read other people’s weight loss success stories. It helps to me stay focused.
Other people say they get over the hunger after Day 2, so here’s hoping.

So excited to start the cleanse tomorrow! This will be my second time doing the cleanse and i need it desperately. I feel like my body is in a rut with weight gain, fatigue, you name it. I’m excited about tomorrow and glad I have you girls and guys during this journey. My realistic goal is to friday but I will of course, try longer!
