<p><strong>How to Burn Calories</strong> isn&#8217;t really a secret. And most people think the process requires one to requires count calories, and only mathematicians like counting all day long. Calorie counting can be quite a challenging and tedious task. Those of us that can successfully track our daily caloric intake to a T can usually only sustain such detailed precision for so long. From what I’ve seen, the longer someone does it, the less and less self scrutinizing they become. A gradual fall off with a more approximating approach ensues. When it comes to cleansing our body of unwanted toxins, or avoiding them altogether, this is a good strategy or approach in terms of what you eat. Let’s examine 5 relatively basic ways to keep our daily calorie count down without the burden of having to count.</p>
<h3>How to Burn Calories through Diet and by avoiding Empty Calories</h3>
<p>Of course the number one best way purify what you take in is by watching the things you eat and drink a little more strategically. A big killer heard around the world that is a huge culprit to getting fat and literally turning your body into a chemical dumping ground is the regular consumption of empty calories. These can be found mostly in things that are fattening and chemically influenced. Alcohol is another culprit here. Beer especially is known for the dreaded empty calorie. There are many calories in beer that simply don’t provide any real nutritional value. Because of this, empty calories make up the rest of the space, and this could be space being used up in your gut.</p>
<p>It’s easy to think about how you’re going to eat healthier. But are you actually going to go through with a plan. We all know vegetables and more organic based foods are better than the processed ones. It’s up to you to design yourself a new more health conscious diet. A calorie is pretty much a calorie. But an empty calorie is just a calorie doing nothing for you, and taking up space. And that’s the last thing we want isn’t it?</p>
<h3>We all know we can Burn Calories through Exercise and Cardio</h3>
<p>You know when you sweat from exercise and sometimes it will occasionally sneak into the corner of your mouth? You notice something don’t you? It has a salty and tart taste doesn’t it? If you don’t know why that it is, now you will. Fatty acids and other sugars that the body produces get sweated out via any form of exercise. It isn’t just water in your perspirations. This is a great way to look at why exercise can be so useful for you. Exercise burns calories and cleanses the body!</p>
<p>Cardiovascular training especially can cleanse and clear out a lot inside you. Even on a respiratory level, you’ll be able to hack up any build up (mucus) and be breathing clearer than you were prior to your workout. When you challenge and push yourself physically, your body needs a recuperation period because of the stress you put it under. But this is a good type of stress (believe it or not there actually is a good type of stress). These highs and lows give a good balance to one’s life and can keep the body feeling cleansed and refreshed continuously. The more exercise conscious you become, the more likely you will up your awareness and effectiveness on <em>how to burn calories altogether</em>.</p>
<h3>How to Burn Calories with Naturals and Whole Foods</h3>
<p>As stated earlier, natural and organic foods are far better health wise than the man made packaged and processed ones. Of course there are many more options in terms of what we buy at the supermarket I think today for processed food products versus naturals. Maybe if you’re just starting out, call it a truce! Maybe try incorporating the naturals in with some processed food. On a grand scale everything we eat is processed in a way. Even with fruits and vegetables, they are sprayed chemically for hydration and maintained in a processed sort of way. So there’s really no getting around it.</p>
<p>But be warned here first. If you agree and give in that it’s not worth complicating things to the point where your diet consists 100% of processed and preservative added foods, you’re headed down a dark road. A rule of thumb I always like to share with health conscious readers is if you flip over the box on a product and look at the ingredients, the more you see, and the less familiar they are to you, the worse off. The more additives in something, the more artificially enhanced chemicals are likely to be found. The better familiarity and awareness you develop with organic foods, the better your chances are in keeping your calorie consumption in the lows.</p>
<h3>These fluids are contrary to burning calories</h3>
<p>What you drink can have almost as big an impact on you as what you eat. As mentioned earlier alcohol can be a prime suspect in completely sabotaging someone’s weekly health conscious decision making with weekend partying. It isn’t so much the alcohol itself sometimes that makes us nauseate, it’s the physical feeling. Drinking too much can leave your stomach feeling bloated, or like an atom bomb ready to burst.</p>
<p>Other drinks like soda and energy drinks can also put a damper on cautious calorie conscious people. I’ve never been a fan of non-alcoholic carbonated drinks and would recommend to leave them alone altogether if you want everything down below running smoothly all the time.</p>
<p>Ironically enough, the best natural way to cleanse and flush your system clean is in this category. Of course to do this is by drinking water, and I mean as much as you possibly can. If you do this, you’re digestive, intestinal, and all other under the hood parts that I’m leaving out will thank you for this by staying quiet and calm. Well, as long as you’re getting a lot of water regularly and aren’t eating anything too crazy. This idea is more about just excluding unnecessary calories versus burning them off.</p>
<h3>Burn Calories by Reshaping Eating Patterns</h3>
<p>This is probably the last thing that you’re going to want to hear on all this, so that’s why I’m bringing it up last! We all have are bad habits, but maybe there are some we don’t even recognize or see as bad. Cleansing the body and then keeping it clean internally shouldn’t be too hard or challenging of a task for us. But many of us forget that the human body responds to cycles very quickly.</p>
<p>For example, if you’re tired, get some sleep or you’ll pay for it the next time when you wake. Accordingly, your body responds not to just what nutrition you’re giving it, but when. How often, how much, and how regularly you keep or change your eating patterns can confuse and rewire your system for better or for worse.</p>
<p>The more consistent you are sticking with a dieting pattern, the better. Obvious do’s and don’ts should also be taken into consideration. Late night eating is obviously something anyone on a weight conscious diet should steer far and clear from. Remember, you don’t have to be a calorie calculator, instead, for the future just try being more of a calorie conscious person. The secret is simple. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">How to Burn Calories</span> isn&#8217;t just through exercise, it&#8217;s a factor of subtraction. The less, or better calories consumed, are as valuable as the effort it takes to burn them off after-the-fact.</p>

<p>The Master Cleanse is  <strong>Juice Fast</strong>, and is, in my opinion the most powerful Juice Fast Diet known to man. But before we get into that, let&#8217;s first understand what a Juice Fast is. Wikipedia tells us:</p>
<blockquote><p>Fasting is primarily the act of willingly abstaining from some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. An absolute fast is normally defined as abstinence from all food and liquid for a defined period, usually a single day (24 hours), or several days. <strong>Other fasts may be only partially restrictive, limiting particular foods or substance</strong>. The fast may also be intermittent in nature. Fasting practices may preclude sexual intercourse and other activities as well as food.</p></blockquote>
<p>Ok, so notice the part that I bolded. The Master Cleanse is a fast because it is a liquid diet, or a mono diet. A diet that restricts or limits to a certain food or substance, and that being the Lemonade of the Lemonade Diet.</p>
<h2>The Master Juice Fast</h2>
<p><a class="easyazon-link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://themastercleanse.org/product/us/B000JKC07C/easyazon-usa-20/"><img src="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51Elu3tHdWL._SL160_.jpg" class="alignleft" alt="Amazon Image" height="160" width="160"  /></a>The Master Cleanse Juice Fast Diet is as Stanley Burroughs describes it &#8220;superior in every way to any other system because it dissolved and eliminates all types of fatty tissue. Fat melts away at the rate of about two pounds a day for most persons –and without any harmful side effects&#8221;. If your interested in Juice Fasting Weight Loss, then The Master Cleanse is the Juice Fast for you.</p>
<p>To learn more about The Master Cleanse or Lemonade Diet, just explore this website, or the Roadmap, because I want to focus on OTHER Juice Fasts, namely the yummy recipes. In fact, many people ask about modifying The Master Cleanse, and that topic really gets the hard-liners in an uproar.</p>
<p>It is funny to me. People only want change until it&#8217;s made and then they don&#8217;t want change again. As if the latest solution is the pinnacle of achievement. Sure the original recipe is pretty awesome. But why can&#8217;t it be added to or improved on.</p>
<p>My good friend Peter Glickman calmly points out, that if you do adjust your recipe, just know you&#8217;re no longer doing The Master Cleanse, but rather you are now doing a brand new diet. While that seems obvious, it&#8217;s an intersting truth that I face while I try to describe the name of my next article, and my next cleanse.</p>
<p>You see, I want to cleanse, and I want to Juice Fast, but I don&#8217;t want to Master Cleanse that often. I last did The Master Cleanse 6 months ago, and I am not up for the challenge. So I am designing a new <em>Juice Fast</em> for myself.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s more, I want to regulate my blood sugar through Self Care/Health Management measuring devices and I know that Juice Fasting can cause spikes in insulin because of the amount of sugar consumed, as noted in this excerpt from the Wikipedia article on Juice Fasting</p>

<p>Juice Fasting Recipes are as fun to make as any painting or song. The blending of colors and flavours is very fun and rewarding with the endless combinations of tastes at your disposal. One of my favorite sites to get <a href="http://www.juicefasting.org/">Juice Fast </a>recipes is at JuiceFeasting.com. <a href="http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?af=1421126">Juice Feasting</a> is a term that I believe was first coined by a very smart, and controversial writer named <a href="http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2008/10/juice-feasting/">Steve Pavlina</a> and tries to rephrase the concept from one of restriction to one of opportunity. There is truly a plethora of enjoyment in this type of fast, and why I am doing my Hybrid Master Cleanse more often.</p>
<p>Consider juicing the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Vegetables &#8211; celery, cucumber, red bell pepper</li>
<li>Greens &#8211; parsley, kale, beet greens, chard, spinach, dandelion leaf</li>
<li>Cruciferous vegetables &#8211; broccoli, cabbage</li>
<li>Root vegetables &#8211; carrots, beets, sweet potatoes</li>

<p>It seems we all want the quick fix. And while The Master Cleanse is by far the most profound way to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Lose Weight Fast</span>, it really shouldn&#8217;t be all about losing weight (although for most of you landing here, that&#8217;s what it is about). I call The Master Cleanse the most effective Fast Weight Loss program around, but that&#8217;s because it&#8217;s a Weight Loss <em>Fast</em>. Now if you&#8217;re getting a little confused with those similar terms, I am sorry, because I am playing with you just a little. In truth, The Master Cleanse is so good for people who want to <em>lose weight fast</em>, because it is just that. A fast. Let&#8217;s look at Wikipedia to start to understand fasting:</p>
<blockquote><p>Fasting is primarily the act of willingly abstaining from some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. An absolute fast is normally defined as abstinence from all food and liquid for a defined period, usually a single day (24 hours), or several days. <strong>Other fasts may be only partially restrictive, limiting particular foods or substance</strong>. The fast may also be intermittent in nature. Fasting practices may preclude sexual intercourse and other activities as well as food.</p></blockquote>
<p>Ok, so notice the part that I bolded. The Master Cleanse is a fast because it is a liquid diet, or a mono diet. A diet that restricts or limits to a certain food or substance, and that being the Lemonade of the Lemonade Diet.</p>
<h3>Do The Master Cleanse to Lose Weight Fast</h3>
<p>Does one lose weight fast on The Master Cleanse? Stanley Burroughs, the inventor of The Lemonade Diet says:</p>
<blockquote><p>As a reducing diet it is superior in every way to any other system because it dissolved and eliminates all types of fatty tissue. Fat melts away at the rate of about two pounds a day for most persons –and without any harmful side effects</p></blockquote>
<p><a class="easyazon-link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://themastercleanse.org/product/us/0963926209/easyazon-usa-20/"><img src="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/719T7NH0PML.gif" class="alignleft" alt="The Master Cleanser: With Special Needs and Problems" width="200"  /></a> Of the tens of thousands of comments left on our website, all attest to the rate of fast weight loss that occurs while on The Master Cleanse. But I want to talk more about fasting, because to me that&#8217;s the critical component. That&#8217;s the healthy component. That&#8217;s the spiritual and holistic component that seems so intuitive to living things that animals instinctively fast when they are sick. Think about your dog or cat. What do they do when they are sick? They go into a corner and sleep. Yet we have utterly rejected the concept in modern Western medicine. Thankfully we&#8217;re slowly adopting a more complete world view in general due to the access to information like it has never been before. If we would have continued growing big-pharmacuetical companies and big-hospital companies, without the interent, we may have lost the practice of fasting to the history books burried at the back of Barnes and Noble.</p>
<p>There are many types of fasts beyond that of what one usually thinks of, the Water Fast. Truthfully the water fast is better left for the Bible and intermittent days on a juice fast. More often than not, the successful fasts today have some sort of mono diet component bei it the Lemonade or some other juice. It&#8217;s a huge topic, and a controversial one that require an effort to discover the current realities, or most acceptable truths from the common perspective. Here&#8217;s some <em>fast</em> facts about fasting from a nice little <a href="http://www.everydayhealth.com/diet-nutrition/what-fasting-can-and-cant-do-for-your-health.aspx">article I found</a>:</p>

<li><strong>Fasting may help your heart: </strong>Fasting for a day once a month may prevent heart disease and insulin resistance, the precursor to diabetes, according to two studies from Utah’s Intermountain Medical Center presented recently at the American College of Cardiology’s scientific sessions.</li>
<li><strong>There’s a chance fasting can cut cancer risk: </strong>Periods of fasting did slow the rate of cell division (a measure of cancer risk) in mice, according to an <em>American Journal of Physiology</em> study.</li>
<li><strong>The jury&#8217;s still out on fasting for other ailments: </strong>While there isn&#8217;t much research on many of the diseases proponents claim fasting helps treat — multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and allergies among them — doctors say that if you’re medically able to fast safely (which rules out those with more serious health issues), there&#8217;s no research against doing it either</li>

<li>If you look to anecdotal evidence rather than clinical trials then you&#8217;ll find all kinds of claims of &#8220;cures&#8221; from fasting, and The Master Cleans</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>Fasting can’t take the place of a healthy diet: </strong>While there may be health perks to intermittent fasting, the research is still preliminary. Horne’s lab is currently working on studies that will evaluate how often and for how long people need to fast to see health benefits.</li>
<li><strong>Talk to your doctor before you start a fasting regimen: </strong>While fasting may have the potential to play a role in wellness, it’s definitely not for everyone. Specifically, if you have a history of eating disorders, diabetes, low blood pressure, anemia, are pregnant or nursing, or are on prescription medication, as well as other conditions/circumstances.</li>

<div>I have copied the first sentence from the authors summary on fasting and I agree with all of them. To a point and to a degree. In fact the only point I have learned from all of this, after 5 years of writing about the subject and studying peoples responses to their own attempts to lose weight fast and that is this:</div>

<div>Everyone says there is &#8220;NO&#8221; evidence to support this or that. Be it the health claims, or danger claims for that matter. What studies do get done seem to have another one counter-claiming it in some way. One Doctor says this, another says that. But the list of proponents is long, and this article lists all the <a href="http://www.rawfoodexplained.com/introduction-to-fasting/history-of-fasting.html">Doctor studies from history about the benefits of fasting</a>. Here&#8217;s another great <a href="http://falconblanco.com/health/fasting.htm">article about fasting</a>. Three other pioneers of fasting for health are DR. Tanner’s 40 day fasts, Dr E. H. Dewey fasting experience and Dr Hazzard’s work for 30 years on therapeutic fasting.</div>
<h3>Books about Fasting for Weight Loss</h3>
<div>Do a little research about fasting for yourself, and the act of fasting for not only weight loss, but also for the treatment of disease. There are hundreds of books on Amazon.com about fasting. Go there right now and search for &#8220;Fasting&#8221;. There are pages and pages of results, from Doctors, scientists, and in-home-self-practitioners like myself who have discovered their own truths about their own experiences. Look for how many are negative and how many are positive. Do you see any books that say &#8220;DANGERS of FASTING&#8221;. Then look to see how many people have reviewed these books. There are thousands of reviews. And they all seem to be 4 stars or more.</div>

<p><em><strong>Dreamgirls</strong></em> was released in December 2006 and after Beyonce shared her secret to loosing weight fast for the role on the Oprah show,<em><strong> the Beyonce diet (aka the Lemonade Diet or Master Cleanse)</strong></em> became a sensation over night. People sometimes refer to the Master Cleanse or the Lemonade Diet as the Maple Syrup Diet (or the Cayenne Pepper Diet, the Beyonce Diet, etc…) They are the same thing. The 3 main ingredients often get switched around, but don’t be confused; they are all referring to The Master Cleanse.</p>

Everyone was eating and I was dying.&#8221; she said.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, after the film was finished, Beyoncé binged: &#8220;At the wrap party the day after filming they had these cupcakes and I ate about 12. I actually ate so many I got sick. After that I had waffles, fried chicken, cheeseburgers, french-fries, everything I could find. That was the best time of my life. I&#8217;ve gained 12 pounds.&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>The Maple Syrup Diet </strong>is really just The Lemonade Diet, or more commonly called The Master Cleanse. The term Maple Syrup Diet is also synonymous with The Cayenne Pepper Diet, The Beyonce Diet and various forms of these words with the word &#8220;Cleanse&#8221; in it.</p>
<p>The proper term is The Master Cleanse, or Lemonade Diet. But I have made the term The Master Cleanse to define the whole process, and the Lemonade Diet to describe the middle portion of the cleanse when you consume only the lemonade. There is an Ease-In and Ease-Out that bookend the lemonade diet, and a Salt Water Flush and Daily Detox Laxative that happen during the lemonade diet.</p>
<p>There are only 4 ingredients in the maple syrup diet so it&#8217;s not surprising that they get mixed up. They are as follows including the measurements for making the lemonade</p>
<h4>Maple Syrup Diet Recipe</h4>
<p>To do the Maple Syrup Diet, mix the following into a 8 oz glass of pure water</p>
<ol>
<li>2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice from one half of a Lemon</li>
<li>2 Tablespoons of Rich Maple Syrup</li>
<li>1/10 of a Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper</li>
<li>1 &#8211; 2 cups of Pure Water (Alkaline Water is best, in my opinion)</li>
</ol>
<p>The Maple Syrup Diet(The master Cleanse) is  one of the most simple, effective, and natural  cleansing and healing programs known to man.</p>
<blockquote><p>It is a liquid monodiet (that is, one mixture only) designed to work with an complement your body&#8217;s own cleansing and detoxifying processes, and at the same time to nourish your body with the things it needs to function. It is not a true fast (one in which there is no nutrition), nor it is a means to starve the body in order to loose weight dangerously fast. The maple syrup diet is typically done for 10 days, but can be extended for weeks when desired.</p></blockquote>
<p><strong>Rich Maple Syrup</strong> is the primary source of energy while on &#8220;The Maple Syrup Diet&#8221;, although this nutrient dense natural sugar wasn&#8217;t only  chosen to give us energy. Maple Syrup along with the following alternatives are the most beneficial sugars from their unprocessed states:</p>

<li>Potassium: 657mg</li>
<li>Omega (6): 322mg</li>
<li>Calcium: 216mg</li>
<li>Carbs: 216g</li>
<li>Magnesium: 45.1mg</li>
<li>Sodium: 29mg</li>
<li>Zinc: 13.4mg</li>
<li>Manganese: 10.6mg</li>
<li>Phosphorus: 6.4mg</li>
<li>Iron: 3.9mg</li>
</ul>
<p>That&#8217;s a lot of nutrients, and we haven&#8217;t even considered the other ingredients yet.</p>
<p>And just to confuse everyone, there are 3 different grading systems for the 3 main regions of production: Canada, The U.S. and Vermont. The numbers range #1 – #3, and letter range from AA to D. Regardless of the label, they all refer to the darkness or the color of the Maple Syrup (and the strength of flavour). AA is lightest. D is darkest. #1 is lightest. #3 is darkest.</p>
<p><strong>The Darker the Maple Syrup the better</strong>. You can&#8217;t use table syrup flavoured with Maple. All natural forms of Maple Syrup are acceptable, but do your best to find the highest quality you can. The darker grades have more nutrients. The first harvest takes syrup out of the tree that was stored all winter. Later harvests are freshly produced from the nutrients in the soil. During the winter the stored syrup will lose minerals over time.</p>

<p><strong>After all Cayenne Pepper is a Super Food</strong>. It&#8217;s a vegetable that is dried and ground into a powder of a specific type of red pepper. Still, many people refer to cayenne pepper as a herb. In fact, many herbologists and herbalists say that <strong>Cayenne Pepper is The Master Herb</strong>. Perhaps this is where Stanley Burroughs came up with the name &#8220;The Master Cleanser&#8221; because it uses the Master Herb; Cayenne Pepper. Then again, maybe that&#8217;s why people call it the Cayenne Pepper Diet.</p>
<h3>Capsaicin &#8211; The Cayenne Pepper Diet Secret Weapon</h3>
<p>Capsaicin is the most critical component in Cayenne Pepper and it is what gives it the spicy taste that we either love or hate. Sometimes it can be so powerful that handling the ground cayenne requires gloves.  So, needless to say, I wouldn&#8217;t recommend making the mistake that the Cayenne Pepper Diet should be understood as a diet that is comprised solely of cayenne pepper. Now that would be a hot diet.</p>

The phrase The Lemonade Diet is often used synonymously with The Master Cleanse, but I break it down in order to describe the portion of The Master Cleanse when you consume the nutrients and energy from the Fresh Lemon Juice, Rich Maple Syrup, and Organic Cayenne Pepper.</p>
<p>The other steps of diet are :   The Ease-In, The Lemonade Diet (of course), The Salt Water Flush, and the always critical, Ease-Out</p>

<p>Think about this for a second:</p>
<p>What do you do when you lose your keys?</p>
<p>Of course you need to find them, so you look for them right? And the more useful, and needed the item, the greater the urgency to find that item.</p>
<p>But what about that one item that isn&#8217;t everyday useful and therefore can be &#8220;let go&#8221;.</p>

<p>Have you ever experience that sense of wonder of where it went? It&#8217;s almost like an itch to discover where it has gone.</p>
<p>I have always been fascinated by the sense of attraction I had to the SOMETHING I had lost. I sometimes cared less for the loss of the item, but now felt compelled to satisfy the idea of getting back what was gone. Or maybe it&#8217;s the hunt, the discovery of WHAT HAPPENED?</p>
<p>Now think about something even more psychologically connected to us, like when we lose a love, due to death, or just a breakup. The sense of loss is haunting.</p>
<p>And what about lost opportunities. Man, that drives me nuts sometimes. I am so compelled to analyze situations so that I might avoid the pain of the reality that might cause me to think I was wrong, and therefore missed the chance for what I could have had if I were right. For example, when I passed up on my senior year of college to play hockey for the Canadian National Team.</p>
<p>Or how about simply missing the opportunity of getting something because I failed to act, like not asking that cute slovak out for lunch when i met her randomly one day on the subway.</p>
<p>This programming is so ingrained into ourselves, into our sub-concious that we don&#8217;t ever become of aware of how we will long for something lost –Even if we never wanted it in the first place.</p>
<p>This conditioning is responsible for well documented syndromes where kidnapping victims, or POW&#8217;s will literally morn the loss of their abusers.</p>
<p>So what does all this LOSS and fear of loss have to do with losing weight?</p>
<h2>Want To Lose Weight?</h2>

<p>Think about the wording in that sentence.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the word &#8220;Lose&#8221;</p>
<p>You will always have a sense of loss, or even worse, and expectation of the lurking, pending return.</p>
<p>Do you think this is giving too much power to our words? Then you should check out the Rice Experiment, for a little real world proof of the power of our words.</p>
<p>But consider just changing your perspective on the process, just by a very small degree, and let&#8217;s see if the results can be changed in a real, dramatic and meaningful way.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s consider what happens when we release something, or allow for something to fall away.</p>
<p>The loss is gone. Literally. The word loss in no longer in the sentence, and the feeling is no longer in the reality.</p>
<p>When you change your intention to release your &#8220;extra&#8221; weight, from wanting to &#8220;lose&#8221; weight, the whole concept changes.</p>
<p>So repeat after me:</p>
<p>I no longer <em>Want To Lose Weight.</em></p>
<p>This is the very type of Paradigm change that we&#8217;re all capable of learning. <p>Let me ask you a question?</p>
<p>How many times do you say (or hear someone say) something like:</p>
<blockquote><p>I just KNOW it!</p></blockquote>
<p>Or.</p>
<blockquote><p>I am certain. I have a feeling. My gut is telling me.</p></blockquote>
<p>Or.</p>
<blockquote><p>I can&#8217;t do that. That&#8217;s not for me. Or that&#8217;s impossible.</p></blockquote>
<p>All of these statements are the reason you <strong>Can&#8217;t Lose Weight</strong> –Even the seemingly positive ones!</p>
<p>Even when you&#8217;re counting on your instincts and intuition which at times serves us so well, you&#8217;re really calling on a system of knowledge that you probably don&#8217;t really fully understand.</p>
<h2>&#8220;I Can&#8217;t Lose Weight&#8221; is the same as &#8220;The World is Flat&#8221;</h2>

<p>The words we use, like &#8220;<em>I Can&#8217;t Lose Weight</em>&#8221; form a code. They are the programming that makes up our habits that drive our behaviours which keep us fat, or broke, or single when we really want something else.</p>
<p>I call this the Flatland CODE. It&#8217;s the code, the programming of our system of passing along knowledge that goes all the way back to primal instincts.</p>
<p>It probably goes even further back to DNA –the programming that drives the operation of our bodies on a whole other level.</p>
<p>How this information is communicated, both on sub-conscious, and conscious levels has be responsible for all the improvements in our lives, from the formation of cells, the evolution our our opposable thumbs, the invention of fire, and the very ships that carried us towards the ends of the earth where we finally proved that the world was actually NOT flat after all.</p>
<p>This code is more than just how the cells in our body know how to divide.</p>
<p>It is more than just how our bodies have become to take the form they have.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s even more than the intrinsic instants we all understand from birth like how not to breath when we&#8217;re under water.</p>
<p>And it&#8217;s more than becoming complacent with generational understandings of the world we live in that we&#8217;re taught in school like the wold is flat. Or the earth is the center of the universe, or that some people are just born fat, or dumb, or hard to get along with.</p>
<h2>Thoughts, Habits, Patterns and Behaviours</h2>

<p>The Flatland code is any learned behaviour that is no longer relevant and now needs to be re-formed into a new understanding –one that suits our new needs.</p>
<p>Now I am not saying that instinct and intuition are bad. They can be the forces of such good. But they are not absolute. They are not perfect. And in some cases they have grown to be harmful.</p>
<p>And so, now as we are becoming more aware, and entering the era of the super-conscious living, we can now realize that the instincts, and background patterns of behaviour are not UNBREAKABLE.</p>
<h2>Lose Weight and Gain Control Over Your Life</h2>
<p>Losing weight and gaining control over your health must seem impossible for many of us. And while I can empathize (because I certainly feel the challenge of life&#8217;s obstacles too), I tend to get reactive, even emotional when I hear people say they CAN&#8217;T do something.</p>
<p>After over 30,000 question and comments on weight loss, detox, diets, and self care, holistic healing and personal development, I hear people say all kinds of things including &#8220;I can&#8217;t lose weight&#8221;.</p>
<p>Even though many argue that The Master Cleanse is not about weight loss, or at least not all about weight loss many people do the master cleanse to indeed lose weight. But this awesome cleanse is not only for people who think they can&#8217;t lose weight because of their bodies, or lifestyles, it&#8217;s to help change lives so that they stop think they can&#8217;t lose weight, and instead start to be closer to their bodies, and have a fuller understanding of how what they think effects their bodies.</p>
