What about raw juice from organic young coconuts?
This is definitely considered a superfood and has many benefits. I often drink it when feeling dehydrated or just ‘not right’. It has more electrolytes than anything else you can drink, and it seems like it might be a good way to ensure your body is maintaining proper electrolyte balance. This seems like it might be an acceptable addition – maybe once a day or every other day? I’m wondering what you think?
