Just want to know if I can do this for 30 days. I am on day seven and having no problem other than needing to eliminate. I did the SWC for the first three days, then tried the betonite clay liquid, 1TBS in a warm cup of laxative tea for the last 4 days, but no results. So, tomorrow, I will have to get up extra early to do the SWC (by the way it takes almost 1 full TBS of salt for me0. Has anyone gone more than ten days in the diet?

Hi Christin -

As long as you are doing the Salt Water Flush every day, then everything is probably just fine. SWF is a very important part of the cleanse (in my opinion.)

On Day 5 of cleanse. Curious about BM's I am on day 5 and have only been passing bile (with the exception of day one) Im wondering if that is normal? I was kind of expecting to pass all kinds of weird things and impacted stool etc. like other ppl I have read about. Would appreciate any feedback!

Rory,

Sorry that it seems noone has gotten back to you as you are probably done with your cleanse. I am currently on Day 7 of the MC and have been doing this cleanse once or twice a year since 2003.

To answer your question, YES, that is normal. Eventually, I don't even get dark matter as the SWF and laxatives in the evening do their job well of flushing the intestines. You might want to try the laxative at night for your next cleanse because I have found that it loosens the intestinal matter and the SWF in the AM flushes it out with more ease.

Happy Cleansing.

Hello! This is my 3rd day of my MC, and I'm doing the SWF twice a day- once early in the morning after I wake up on an empty stomach; and the 2nd time is during the night. The SWF worked, but i expelled liquid all the time, like diarrhea. At first it would be dark, but it turned yellowish brown later on. (I'm sorry for the gross details..) Is this normal?
