  2. I just watched your video on the salt water flush. I had done it before a number of times but forgot the exact amount of salt to add. Recently, I have been doing coffee enemas and just finished one and wanted to flush from the top end as well with salt water. Great video, very comprehensive although just a little comment. Holding it and letting it build up may not be great advice. Holding it can cause little pockets to form and lead to diverticulitis where pathogenic bacteria and toxins can hang out and avoid the flush. I understand not wanting to ‘can it’ every 10 minutes but some readers may hold it far too long and actually cause problems.

    Also, if you have a newsletter, I’d like to sign up for it but didn’t see it on the page.

    I’m starting the master cleanse tonight. I have degenerative arthritis
    and fybromyalgia. I take supplements to help the pain, and don’t know if that will interfere or not. I take sam-e, magnesium, curcumin, and fish oil.

  8. I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS WHERE I ASK QUESTIONS-THE SECTION IS A LITTLE CONFUSING SO PLEASE DIRECT ME IF NEEDED. I HAVE SEVERE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND MANY FOODS CAUSE CRIPPLING FLARE UPS. TWO OF THOSE THINGS ARE NIGHTSHADE VEGETABLES (CAYENNE) AND LAXITIVES. I HAVE LONG WONDERED IF I COULD DO THE CLEANSE USING THE LEMONADE WITHOUT THE CAYENNE AND DO THE SALT WATER FLUSH DAILY AND NO LAXATIVE? I MEAN, WOULDN’T SOME BE BETTER THAN NOTHING, OR IS THE CAYENNE THAT VITAL THAT THE ENTIRE PROGRAM SHOULD BE FLUSHED? I HAVE HAD MANY SURGERIES, GAINED 40 POUNDS, I’M POSTMENOPAUSAL AND HAVE NEVER, EVER BEEN THIS FAT AND MISERABLE SO I AM DESPERATE!!! THANK YOU
