It’s Way Easier with the Support of a Group

For many of us, The Master Cleanse Experience is all about starting fresh, making changes and sharing with each other for support and encouragement. And since we all eat so much over the holidays, I have noticed that many people are likely to start the Master Cleanse after New Years, Easter, Summer Holidays and after Fall Holiday. It seemed logical to create The Quarterly Master Cleanse Group Cleanse.

The Group Cleanse will not only give us the forum to support each other, doing The Master Cleanse together, but also enables us to track our experiences by setting standards to the conversation. If we all just posted random thoughts we would get a lot less value from the comments. But if the comments are structured, and relevant by time and topic, we can gain even more insight, more quickly and more effectively. Therefore, we ask participants to start and finish the Master Cleanse on the same dates.

We also provide 5 topics to post comments about to further structure the advice and questions from our participants. Our entries on the these specific topics will act as a Daily Journal, open for the support of, and from the entire community. Each quarterly cleanse, we’ll reward all those who leave comments in general, but specifically, if you complete the entire Master Cleanse, and Journal Daily on these Daily Journal Pages, you’ll be eligible for some really great rewards.

Post Your Comments Each Day on These Diary Journal Pages

Dates for the Master Cleanse Group Cleanse Experience. If you must start the a day or two before or after our dates and you still want to participate, simply make your comments in your own journal using Microsoft Word or any other Text editor on your computer. Then simply post your feelings on the appropriate days and topics. Registration is always open for Open Classes, the day before The Ease-In date for each event.

Each Group Experience will start on the first FULL Monday (never the day following, but the next week) Following each major holiday or seasonal change of Winter (Christmas and New Years), Spring (Easter), Summer (Independence Day), and Fall.

Duration of the Group Cleanse

Each Group Cleanse will last 16 days including both the Ease-In, Lemonade Diet, and Ease-Out. The total time on the Lemonade Diet will be 10 Days. We start on the first full Monday after a major holiday. In my opinion the timing is the easiest after these major holidays, and on these particular days. This allows for us to Start the Ease-In on a Friday. The Lemonade Diet will start on the following Monday and conclude 10 days later. The Ease-Out will begin on Thursday and end on Saturday, leaving Sunday for the first full day of eating wisely.

Group Cleanse Comment Posting

Once you register (and even if you don’t) you can start to post your experiences on each topics pages by posting your comments to each page.

Most of all enjoy the experience and HAPPY CLEANSING…

Hi, I’m finishing day 3 of my first cleanse. I’m 38, I was 174.8 to start (ugh), down to 168 already. Days 1 and 2 weren’t bad at all other than a few big hunger waves. But those subsided. Day 3 has been tough for me though physically. I decided not to do the SWF this morning and drank more laxative tea (I had some last night as well.) At 12pm I was driving home as fast as I could to get to the restroom. That part was unpleasant, followed by me almost blacking out and having to lay down so I wouldn’t faint. Then I crashed for a nap (my husband had to pick up our kids from school.) I’m feeling better now. I hope this is just part of the process and maybe the worst of it? Anyone else have this?

      Hi Amy,

It’s best to do the lax tea in the night, SWF in the morning, after your first movement start your first glass of lemonade. After you first serving of lemonade have same amount of water… and rotate for the rest of the day.

Once you keep hydrated you should not have feelings to faint!

Usually the first few days are tough!

I am on day 3 of my cleanse, and I’m feeling great, although I am working at a restaurant, which makes it difficult sticking to it, but so far I’m doing it! Is anyone else doing the cleanse right now? If so, I would love a detox buddy to help get each other through!

What a great way to recover, energy, feelings of “health”. Also, learned more about myself with this Cleanse. It was a little different in the way the ingredients are consumed – but achieved the same results ! I plan to join the “summer” Cleanse. Way to Go everyone !!

    Hi fellow “Cleansers”

I started my first day detox yesterday so guess that means I am a Independent Newbie Cleanser. I did read a lot about it before so I have some knowledge of what I am letting myself in for and as most of the information out there is positive I thought I’d give it a go! Trying 10 days as a starting point.

I’m doing this because I feel sluggish and slow. I’m starting to feel aches and pains and my hair is lank and breaking. I know it’s my own fault as I have let this feeling slowly creep up and take over me but now I am determined to do something about it starting with spring cleaning my body with this detox.

Day 1 (20/04/16). I did not do the Ease In as I understand it is optional so commenced with drinking the lemonade throughout the day follow by a herbal laxative tea last night.

Day 2 (21/04/16) Realised I hadn’t weighed myself to see what (if any) difference this detox would make. Now sorted … I now know I am – 1.62m tall/weigh 73.2kg/BMI 27.9/ body fat 38.8% – basically all this reads as “overweight”! So that said, started the day with the Salt Water Flush (SWF). First sip ….YUK… quickly added a little freshly squeezed lime and was able to drink the rest with ease. NOTE: be warned SWF works FAST – within an hour, I was “detoxing”! Now drinking my lemonade and will do so throughout the day followed by my herbal laxative tea at night.

    Will keep you all posted!

I am on Day 4 of the cleanse. This will be my fourth time in three years doing the mc. I did 9, 7 and 6.5 days before and I really want to complete at least the full 10 days this time. I just turned 45 a few days ago and i need this cleanse to start off fresh emotionally, physically and spiritually and would really like someone out there to partner with me, pleeeze I’ve never joined a forum so I’m not quite sure how to go about it.

Will be starting my cleanse tomorrow. I’m so excited to have found this forum to follow and post in. This is my first Master Cleanse, but not my first fasting cleanse of various types.

I’m on my last day of the Master Cleanse. I’m hoping to ease out smoothly. I want to try this time to eat smarter, mainly portion size control and exercise. Best of luck to all are starting or ending like I am. It was a very interesting experience. I did lose about 10 pounds. I might do a similar cleanse but with eating food instead. I can’t help it, I love to eat food.
