Detox and The Salt Water Flush

The SWF might be the hardest part of the Master Cleanse, but it doesn’t have to be. It is essential to the cleanse because it facilitates the detox by flushing your system. What is working and what is not working. How are your movements? Are they successful? What do they look like? Are they getting lighter or darker? Are the becoming more frequent? Do you have other signs of detoxing, like breakouts or white tongue? The Master Cleanse is about Detox and daily eliminations are critical to the success of the cleanse.     Completed all ten days of the Master Cleanse.

    I didn’t weigh myself before starting because I was not doing this to lose weight. People have told me that I have looked thinner.

    Nice side benefit.

    I am planning to do this again in September.

    Lemonade Diet Day 1

    Took a herbal laxative last night and tried the salt water flush this morning. Nothing happened. Tomorrow I’ll increase the amount of salt to 2.5 teaspoons to see if that helps.

    Ease-Out Day 3

    I’m happy to report that I had a very productive movement this morning :) which happened about 1/2 hour after I finished my morning liter of lemon water. I think the fiber shake I had yesterday definitely worked some magic, as well as the increased water consumption of the early evening. I might drink another one tonight before bedtime and see if this might be a good practice once a day until I start eating more fibrous foods on a regular basis.

    Ease-Out Day 2

    I have had no detox, or re-tox, symptoms since easing out of the LD. Neither have I had a significant movement today and only a couple of very light moves yesterday. I am going to increase my water consumption tomorrow and hope that helps.

      I had almost that identical experience as you KT!
      Yes water is the magic elixir , I too am making a point to increase my consumption of water!

    Ease out day 1

    As I mentioned earlier. I’m thinking about a smooth move tonight before bed, …Is that wise? I don’t want to create a problem, but I’d love to purge. I’m also having a some post nasal drip.

    The Yeast Cleanse I picked up tastes NASTY, but it’s working!! …I wonder if the yeast was driving me to hunger, where it was so satisfied drinking all than syrup throughout the cleanse!!

    It’s so hard to share on the issue of flushing when I’ve not! Barely even peed. I need to be sure I have way more water. Hardly near enough today, where I’ve done so well through the cleanse!! Jesus, help me not to retox! May we all walk through the door of change for the better and never look back!

    Ease out day 1- No tea, no swf, no movement today. I’ll probably do some tea this weekend though.

    Regarding detox, I never did the full body clay mask I bought, so I’ll do that this weekend, maybe along with a dead sea salt bath. I’ll do my best to get nice and sweaty during some time at the gym too!

    Ease-Out Day 1

    I’m not doing the SWF today and have also chosen not to drink any Smooth Move either. I didn’t want to start out with the cramping and need to stay glued to the house for bathroom use. I have to leave in few minutes for an errand run and all I’d like to have it all go without any sudden urges :) I did have one small movement this morning after my lemon water and can feel things moving around a little differently inside. I’m still ‘bubbling’ and gurgling, but not as much as with the LD. I just made an appointment to have my blood drawn for a cholesterol check tomorrow… and I’ll also be stepping onto a scale for the first in a long, much-anticipated while!

      I am so glad to report no problems today!
      I had blood drawn the other day and everything was good- cholesterol, sugar, and thyroid-
      So if any one ever questioned if this relly is safe- it is.
