Keep it simple; just use your own language to describe your daily experience. The more you are yourself, the more others will connect with you and the more you can connect with them – which is what we are aiming for, after all: a strong support network via a group experience.
We have probably all experienced the “What’s wrong with you?” look when telling friends or family that we are trying the Master Cleanse. And equally, most of us have at least one person in our life who supports us. The Lemonade Diet is difficult, and (dis)approval by our peers can make all the difference.
In fact, that is why I started this Master Cleanse Group Experience diary; we can support each other.

Day 34
Well forgot to come on yesterday to let you all know my results..Ease and day 1 was great I had 2 lemonades and them started with freshly made OJ..and Today Day 35 I continued with OJ and now incorporating other fruit/veggie juices into my new regimen..Everything tastes soo good..Never thought I could appreciate all these flavors as I do..
It was truly wonderful to taste a different fruit and the flavor was WOOOOOOOW!! Emotionally I feel wonderful that I completed the 33 days…( yrs of my Life ) and I’m excited to embark on my new journey of 33 days of fruit/veggie juicing followed by another 33 days of transitioning to Raw/Vegan foods..I feel that even though this was a challenge my intentions were always clear from the get go and that was to heal and become more healthy and change my toxic eating behaviors that have led me to become overweight and before any chronic diseases come along I plan to stop it..This has truly been a motivating experience that has left me not only 25 pounds lighter with many inches lost but also with a health conscious attitude that I plan to continue from this point on in my life ..
My family & some friends were there to support me this whole time and are so proud of me and now I have helped them chose healthier foods and they are eating RAW foods with me as well so I’m soo happy about that :)
I want to say to anyone contemplating this cleanse for weight loss consider instead for your health ( the weightloss will follow ) and make the life styles changes to keep well and stay healthy..Happy Cleanse to ALL..And Happy Health to ALL
