The Process and The Lemonade Diet

If you are not participating, you can follow the post to get inspiration to try the cleanse or answer the most basic question: Is The Master Cleanse right for me? Keep it simple, just talk in your own language about your daily experience. The more you are yourself, the more others will connect with you – and the more you can connect with what they are saying – which is what we want after all, a strong support network through a group experience. What is the process you go through to make your Lemonade each day? Do you have any tips? How are you changing this process, if at all, over time? Do you use 2 chugabbles or make 1 glass at a time like Stanley Burroughs suggested. What alternatives to the Lemonade Diet have you used *(Check for generally accepted practices). Do you add anything to the proccess like Psyllium or Bentonite? How do you manage your day? Do you do make the Lemonade in the morning? Do you sip it all day or take big gulps when your most hungry?

    I’m confused…I got a message saying that we were finished. But I thought we had to do the lemonade, etc all through Day 10 and that tomorrow morning we start the Ease Out??

      Hi Anna,
      I just got that message too. I think it means that we made it to day 10 and that was the goal.
      I am continuing thru today to complete my 10 days. Starting the ease out tomorrow with my oranges. Good luck and congrats!!

    I am drinking more water now in-between the lemonades. Not needing the lemonade like a baby needs a bottle… Feeling strong on day 10

    Day 9 Experimenting with the different strengths that I make the lemonade and temps that I drink them at. Sometimes out of the decanter at room temp is best but also from the faucet chilled it is good for a change. If I’m really feeling hungry I will put more maple in it and I love to lick the spoon. Also drinking water and tea in-between lemonades

    Trying to stay on track with having lemonades around the times that I would normally eat. It seem to be working, I have a feeling of fullness around the times that people around me are eating. I will have a bullion in hot water to bridge the dinner hour..
