Weight Loss – Even though The Lemonade Diet is about so much more that weight loss, it is still an effective reduction diet. Weigh yourself each day. How much weight did you lose today? Are you happy or disappointing with the results? What were your expectations? Some people loose weight the day they start The Lemonade Diet.

Some people don’t lose weight until well into the diet. Describe your daily experiences.
Physical – Talk about the way your body is reacting to the cleanse. Do you feel full of energy? Do you feel like you have a cold? Headaches on Day 2 but feeling great on day 8? Think about it, how do you feel today? Just pretend you are talking to your best friend and complaining about the hard parts and raving about the good.

    I just started this morning. I was totally surprised by how good it tasted! For those doing 16 oz 3 times a day instead of 8 oz 6+ times a day are you just doubling the recipe? 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 4 table spoons of maple syrup 1/5 teaspoon of cayenne? That plan seems more realistic for a busy schedule rather than having to make the juice many times a day. Also, has any one been exercising? thanks and good luck to all

    I am on day 3 of the Master Cleanse, this is my 2nd time doing this cleanse. The 1st time I did the 10 days after I quit smoking. It helped immensely. This time I am doing it because I have recently found out I have celiac disease, and I need to drastically change my diet. After my 1st cleanse, I still had my usual bad food cravings so I am hoping to go longer than the 10 days. I have been doing research, and I see that people can go for 60 days. I don’t think I could go that long, but I am going to try for 21 days. Has anyone else done this? How long did you go for?

    Hi SeSe, I’m starting today 2/19/15. I’m glad to know that someone else is on this group cleanse with me. This my 3rd time. I try to do it every year for lent. This year after the 10 days, my plan is to continue a lifestyle of no meat or dairy for 90 days. The 1st 3 days are usually the most challenging after that it is smooth sailing. Praying for our joint success on the cleanse. Have a great day. I have to go make my lemon juice mixture for work. I try to drink 6 16 oz containers a day plus water.

    Today is Day 2 for me. Yesterday went great since I had the day off of work which was good so that way I can see what a day was like. 3 times a day I drink 16 oz of the mixture as my breakfast, lunch and dinner. In between I have peppermint tea which feels good having something warm go down then my smooth move tea before bed. The SWF has been working like the website said it would Day 1 more so than Day 2. Today I am noticing my stomach is starting to growl but I plan to work through it by drinking some water. When I weighed myself this morning I was down 2 pounds! I want to lose weight but mostly I want to cleanse myself of all the toxins held up in my body and I feel that is happening with the SWF. I’m going to keep this going and see where I end up.
