Weight Loss – Even though The Lemonade Diet is about so much more that weight loss, it is still an effective reduction diet. Weigh yourself each day. How much weight did you lose today? Are you happy or disappointing with the results? What were your expectations? Some people loose weight the day they start The Lemonade Diet.

Some people don’t lose weight until well into the diet. Describe your daily experiences.
Physical – Talk about the way your body is reacting to the cleanse. Do you feel full of energy? Do you feel like you have a cold? Headaches on Day 2 but feeling great on day 8? Think about it, how do you feel today? Just pretend you are talking to your best friend and complaining about the hard parts and raving about the good.

    Day 10 of 20 and I’m feeling good. Yesterday was mentally tough but I got through it. My weight has plateaued a bit but that will pass. I find the SWF causes me to retain water the next day but it works well in getting toxins out. I definitely have more energy than before. Massage tomorrow…ahhhh..
    Hope everyone’s cleanse is going great!

    Ok so on day 7 and it is not as hard as I thought, as long as I don’t cook then I get tempted but I am not hungry AND I lose 11lbs already, Feel great, not tired or weak or anything. Wow I think I will go 10dys ease off then go again. :)

    Day 2: I did the full 3 day ease in, and now I’m on day 2 of the lemonade; surprisingly, its not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be! I’m 22 years old, 5’4″ and I started this cleanse at 159 lbs. My “normal” weight used to be 135, but the past year and a half of college have been very difficult for me and I’m prone to stress eating. So, I’m hoping to get back down to 135 by the end of the summer, I’m doing the cleanse is just to kick-start the process, get my digestive system in order, give me some motivation, and practice self control. Today I weighed in at 153.6, so I’ve already lost 5.4 pounds between the ease-in and the first two days! I’m aware that most of this will come back when I begin eating solid foods again, but it still feels great!

    Well tomorrow I start my first day of this cleanse. I’m really hoping that this will help gain some control over my, what feels like, total lack of control around food. I’m one of those people who chooses not to live their life until they’re ‘thinner’. I’m not living my life the way I want to. Anyone who does this to will know how utter soul destroying it is to know you’re not living the life you really should be, or want to me. Good luck to anyone else who is embarking on this journey.

      You can do it! Just stick with it. Keep reminding yourself of the things you said above each time you have a craving or feel like quitting. I’ve just started the cleanse too. I did the 3 days easing in, and now I’m on my second lemonade day :)

    Today my first day of my first cleanse. I really don’t know what to expect. The reason I’m doing this is to try to break my severe addiction to sugar and to gain control over my binge eating. I pray to be successful. Any tips and advice is welcomed as I am the main care taker in my household and making dinner and supper and lunches is very tough.

    I’ve lost 7+ lbs in the 10 days. 3/4 of an inch on my upper arms, 4″ around my abdomen, 2 inches around my waist, 2 inches off the hips, and 1″ off my thighs… Fantastic results!

    I’ll be anxious to weigh in in the am. This am was the same as the day before so I’m expecting more loss. Body feels slammin good
