Refund Policy

 

TheMasterCleanse.org has more than one product each with different refund policies due to the different nature of the products:

Digital Products

Effectively all digital products have a no questions asked refund policy of 60 days, but for all intents and purposes this term is in fact closer to eternity. Yes, whenever, for whatever. We trust you and your reasons. You don't even have to tell us why. But we hope you will so we can solve your pain, as that's our only goal, to serve you well. You will be fully refunded. We will process your request in a timely fashion, often immediately, and nearly always within 24 hours.

Coaching Products

The Guided Cleanse Program is only 30 days long and so we have a 7 day no questions asked refund policy. You will be fully refunded. We will process your request in a timely fashion, often immediately, and nearly always within 24 hours.

Physical Products

We have a 30 day return policy for any physical products for virtually any reason. You should tell us before hand you wish to return/refund, and why, and we'll communicate to resolve the issue as best, and as fast as possible.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item The Master Cleanse will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

The Master Cleanse will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
