    I’m trying to track down the specific anti-parasitic remedy recommended in the Complete Master Cleanse.

    I gave my book away to someone in need, and cannot recall the herbal elements that are mentioned.

    Can someone share those with me here?

    Lemonade Diet Day 3
    I’ve started this cleanse one week earlier than the group challenge and I intend to follw it for two weeks. I’ve done it before twice for 10 days and I find it to be very easy to follow once you’ve made up your mind, you just need to keep a positive attitude and stay on track. I have so much more time now to do stuff like organizing paperwork at home, cleanig up the computer hard-drive, you name it, it’s amazing haow much time we spend preparing, purchasing and eating food.
    I feel great, I follow the diet properly including the SWF and it works like a charm, no hunger pangs, no stress. I go about my day like any regular day, no difference, go to work, I can socialize as well, just no food, I use self control and seems to be working very well. I go to the gym too, but I won’t do en extended or extremely challenging workout, this would be just a maintenance routine.
    If I can help anybody with anything related to this cleanse, please contact me or just leave a reply.

    Day 3

    This hasn’t been too hard, really. I skipped the SWF for the first 2 days, but was feeling bloated this morning so I did it. I feel a lot better, so I think I’ll do it again tomorrow.
