Hi Mike,
First, I just want to thank you for putting together such a detailed and informative website on The Master Cleanse. It is very helpful. The one question I still have is, is it o.k. to drink fewer than the recommended 6 glasses of lemonade drink in a day? The other day I wasn’t that hungry and only had 3. That was my first day so I have several more to go but I don’t anticipate needing 6 every day. So, do I actually need 6, is my question, or does it depend on what I want? I’m 5’1″, about 110 lbs if that helps.

I don’t recommend drinking less than 8 glasses in fact, and you should really stick to 10-12 so that you’re not starving yourself. It doesn’t seem like you have lots of weight to lose, but you will lose weight, so don’t force it. Stay nourished.
