      Did the ease in and had me first glass of Lemonade this morning. Struggling with the elimination however. Drank smooth move tea last night and nada as of this a.m. Simply not a fan of the salt water flush as it is too painstaking to get down. Any suggestions?

    Ease-in Day 1. I have started the cleanse several times but for some reason I tend to quit on day 3. :-(Can any one give me some advice please? I m so desperate to keep it up!

    Day two for me…started Oct. 16…My daughter has done the cleanse and was so pleased with her results. She is guiding me through and I feel better already, really slept better, flatter tummy!!!:)

      Hi Kim,

      This will be my first master cleanse. I just looked at master cleanse.org. I saw your comment about day 5: if you are doing a 10 day, you should be on you last day of ease out…congratulations!

      I know I will need support, would love to hear about your experience.

    Day one of MC. So far it’s not as bad as I thought. Just did my SWF (in evening, can’t afford to do in morning with work!!:/) I hear my belly rumbling :/.
    I Ofcourse would live to lose weight, but main goal is to detox and rid my body of my bad habits. I need to eat better and feel better. Started morning weight at 152.8lbs.
