Sometimes you will miss eating and crave eating again. The psychology of this process can be strange. You may occasionally, or even frequently, have thoughts of quitting. But you also know you can do it. Perhaps, to distract your mind, you move on to something else, playing mental gymnastics to calculate how much longer you have to go; how good you feel now, and how good you will feel after the lemonade diet. You begin to develop the strength to deny those cravings (beer, chocolate, etc.) that are just means to make yourself feel better, wants not needs. Some of the time you feel powerful, some of the time you feel weak. In some ways, it’s like training for hockey. So much running or lifting weights – there are times you want to quit, yet you push on through, finding your groove and leaving behind those doubts. And the feeling afterwards is so uplifting.

I didnt even know there was a day 7 forum?? I happen to be on day 7. Im doing well. This is my 2nd master cleanse, so Im not experiencing detox sickness like I did with the first. Im not gonna lie, Im counting the days until ease out. Ive got my first meal planned for after day 3 of ease out – roasted balsamic brussel sprouts w/ walnuts and dried cranberries, and a twice baked sweet potato. This cleanse is going way faster than the first; once you get used to the machinations, ten days goes back to just being ten days. Its not long.

Hi! Im at the end of day 6 and everything was running smoothly but I’ve been feeling sick all day! Sore throat, post nasal drip, weak… I thought that was a day 3-4 thing. Am I really sick or is it just detoxification running its course? I need answers bc I’m getting married next week and can not be sick. Thank you!

Day 3
I am on day three and I have lost 5 pounds. I was measuring sea salt with tablespoon instead of teaspoon. Last 2 days, I added 1 tablespoon but today I added 2 full on 3 cups of water. OMG i have been feeling super sick. elimination happened like 10 times. Almost was going to quit but now im feeling better and I think I am going continue.

Day 2 of ease in. I am cutting a day off of the ease in process by mixing all the steps into 2 days. I had a smoothie for breakfast and will finish the day with OJ/Water mix and a little syrup. I have two important questions.
1. Can i use magnesium citrate in place of a SWF? (Saline laxative solution)
2. Can i keep my normal regimen of vitamin intake ( Crystalline vitamin C,E,fish oil,One-A-day).

Day 7- I am having some weight gain issues.
The first 4 days were fine. I started at 176 lbs and was at 171.2 lbs. Yesterday the scale said 172.8. I made it through to day 7 but now
The scale reads 174.3. What is going on?
