Day 2 started late. I was up late again working, but I was feeling good when I woke. No headaches or flu like symptoms that sometime occur. I was excited to take my vitals as I have never done that before. Once I took a set of pictures before and after but nothing like the details I am shooting for this time around.

Today’s Vitals showed a drop in weight of over 5 pounds. There was also noticeable difference in my measurements as well.

72.5 – Of course this is never going to change, but it comes into play in calculating my Body Mass Index and calculating Body Fat Index as well.
200.1 – A change of over 5 pounds. A lot of people say they don’t lose weight early, or as much as other. Weigh yourself at the same time every day. You might have not ate much the day before – I did. I was carrying 3 personal pizza’s from Boston Pizza.

26.1 – No Change here – go figure.
Body Mass Index
26.76 – Slight improvement of 1.
60 – My heart rate was up slightly.
Systolic Blood Pressure
146 – up from yesterday’s 127. I need to research more to understand the ranges. Any ideas out there?
Diastolic Blood Pressure
89 – A significant increase here. Again, need to research, will get back on this.
Average – Need a better reading. My blood pressure machine takes a simple reading.
Waist in Inches
35.4 – down from 36.6
Belly in Inches
39 – down from 40.5
Chest in Inches
41.3 – an increase you can probably chalk up to human error
Biceps in Inches
13.8 – That’s weak. Not really hoping to lose much here cause who wants small biceps, but I do notice significant amount of fat deposit on my arms.
Leg/Quad in Inches
23.6 – down from 24.
Gut Pinch in Inches
5.5 – Same.
